Pet Policy

Our dog-friendly Boca Raton hotel is happy to welcome your canine companions. We allow housebroken dogs weighing up to 50 pounds or two dogs with a combined weight of 75 pounds or less.

For stays of 1 to 6 nights, the fee is $100, regardless of the duration ($100 total).

For stays exceeding 6 nights, there is an additional deep cleaning fee of $100 ($200 total).

For stays exceeding 30 nights, please contact the hotel.

Package Policy

Packages may be shipped to the hotel no more than 3 days prior to the guests arrival date or event start date. Each package must include the guest’s name (or event name) clearly displayed on each package being delivered. All packages received that weigh less than 10 pounds will be charged the rate of $5.00 per package. Boxes that weigh more than 10 pounds will be charged a fee of $25.00 per package. Boxes or materials weighing more than 50 pounds will be charged an increased fee up to $75 per package. Delivery of multiple items to individual guest rooms should incur an additional delivery charge. Storage for packages, boxes, pallets and other materials after 3 days post departure of stay or event will be charged at the same rate as the initial fee charged to receive the package. Shipping of materials after the guest's stay or event should be at the expense of the guest.
