Good Hotel
We had a wonderful stay and would like to express our sincere appreciation for the excellent service provided by the hotel staff. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is very good, and the staff are always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help. A special thank you to the head chef and the lifeguard at the swimming pool for their kindness, cheerful personalities, and warm hospitality. They made our stay even more enjoyable, and we truly appreciated their positive attitude and attention to guests. The building is a little old, so naturally, some areas need maintenance and occasional repairs. However, what really makes this hotel special is the staff. Whenever something needs attention, they are always there to help and do their best to make sure guests are comfortable and satisfied. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience. A hotel is not only about the building but also about the people who work there, and the staff here truly deserve praise. Thank you for making us feel welcome and taking such good care of us. We would be happy to recommend this hotel to others!

The Stay experience was Average. The room service was delayed multiple times overall experience was not what we expect from brand like Hyatt.

Great Stay with Friendly Staff
It exceeded my expectations! The staff were incredibly friendly, and the housekeeping team always greeted us with a smile—they really stood out. The Indian receptionist was also very kind and helpful. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but it was satisfying and enough to start the day. Overall, I had a great stay and would rate my experience 8/10.
