Hotel Policies

Visitors Policy

For the safety and comfort of all our guests, all visitors must be registered at the Front Desk with a valid physical ID. Soft copy will not be accepted.

Visitors arriving after 9:00 PM are required to be registered to the room and will incur an additional charge of AED 200 net.

Outside Food Policy

Kindly note that consumption of outside food is not permitted in public areas, including the lobby, outdoor terrace, pool, and other shared spaces within the hotel premises.

Identification Policy

All guests and visitors must present a valid physical ID at check-in. Accepted forms of identification include:

  • Emirates ID · GCC ID (for GCC Nationals)
  • Passport
  • UAE Driver’s License (only accepted for UAE Nationals)
  • Digital or soft copies are not accepted under any circumstances.

Minimum Check-in Age

Guests must be 18 years or older to check in. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult family member.

Prohibited Items

To ensure a safe environment, the following items are strictly prohibited in guest rooms:

  • Shisha
  • Bakhoor burners (manual or electric)
  • Hotplates, candles, or any cooking/heating devices
  • Nitrogen balloons

Pet Policy

The hotel does not allow pets, including service animals.
