Felt I was treated indifferently at Ann Arbor location except
Overall, I was happy with my stay at Hyatt in Ann Arbor, except for one small but disappointing detail at check-in. The receptionist did not offer me water, yet I later watched him offer it to my friends who checked in after me. Although the gesture itself was minor, the difference in treatment left me feeling unwelcome and wondering whether prejudice played a role. The previous night, I stayed at Hyatt Place in Chicago, where the service was excellent and I felt genuinely welcomed. I had hoped for the same hospitality in Ann Arbor. Small gestures matter, and I hope the team makes every guest feel equally valued.

Great Experience for Michigan Football Game
Went for a Michigan Football game with group of families. Service was superb. They offered shuttles for hire and easy ubers to and from. Big lobby for everyone to relax in before and after heading to game. Just an overall great experience.

Fun visit to UM game
The hotel was well kept, clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was very friendly and the breakfast was quite good.

The location was close to everything we needed plenty of food options. Hotel was clean and had all the accommodations i needed both for personal and business.

Convenient location. Very large and comfortable rooms. Our room had 2 king beds and a sofa bed! Bathroom was spacious and functional

Business that felt like leisure

Always an incredible stay here. The staff are rewardingly accommodating every time I visit. Plenty of amenities and extra items incase you forget anything. Love the breakfast and went for an incredible swim in their indoor pool after:)

More then Expected
I had an outstanding stay at the Hyatt Place Ann Arbor. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with a modern design that made it both comfortable and relaxing. The lobby and bar area have a sleek, contemporary feel that creates a great first impression and provides a welcoming place to unwind. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff—they were genuinely friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure every aspect of my stay was exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again when I’m back in the area.

Lives up to what you expect from Hyatt.
The room was spacious, clean, and cool. Full sized pillows, fridge in the room. Great seating area in the lobby for conversation and drinks. Located close to the expressway.

convenient location
I like the location because it’s near Black rock restaurants in the university and my client and my favorite produce stand.

One of my favorite Hyatt Place hotels
On a business trip, this hotel is conveniently located to I-94 and other areas of interest. Rooms are large, good layout, comfortable and with good lighting. Very clean and everything was in nice, good working condition. Staff was very friendly and helpful too. One of my favorite Hyatt Places! Highly recommended.

Going downhill.
Food was left in our room refrigerator. We put it by our door. Not only was it not picked up the following morning, it was there until at least 11:00 the day after. Other bags of trash were in the hallway for at least 15 hours. We have stayed there previously. The breakfast is of much lower quality.

I really appreciate that they have gluten free muffins at breakfast. Friendly staff, clean room. Was surprised how well the eco AC worked in the room!

Very nice, clean hotel with some setbacks.
Very nice, clean hotel but front desk staff could be more helpful & friendlier. Charging $10 for parking should be included with room fee & they shouldn’t charge for one visit and not the other. Other surrounding hotels don’t charge that I have stayed in, this is not Chicago. When staying for 3 days housekeeping could do more then just replace with new towels if needed & it was needed! The bright side of this place the beds are comfortable and spacious rooms are very clean and beautiful set up when u walk in & greatly appreciated the late checkouts of no charge

Great Property and Location
Great hotel property with a great location. Very friendly staff. The bar was busy and the bartender worked the crowd like she owned the joint - very efficient and made for a great stay!

Graduation weekend Ann Arbor
Always a great experience at this hotel in Ann Arbor! There for my daughters graduation and just the best staff! Lovely lobby / waiting area- delicious breakfast and the freshest fruits served! Clean comfortable and decorated in maize and blue balloons and decor everywhere! Fresh coffee and hot water always available! Can’t beat this hotel when in Ann Arbor!

Top Ann Arbor Property.
This is one of the nicest Hyatt Place properties I have seen. Large bar, lounge areas, nice pool, and several meeting rooms.
Night away
Beautiful hotel. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was a good size. Nice shower. There is a bar in the lobby. Free breakfast. There are several bars and restaurants close. Some within walking distance.
