Smoking Policy

Hyatt is committed to providing a smoke-free environment. Smoking is not allowed in public areas of the hotel or rooms. The hotel will apply a cleaning fee of $200, plus tax, to any room that violates this nonsmoking policy.

We appreciate your consideration for other guests and ask that you report any smoking in the building immediately. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Please visit the host stand for details.

Pet Policy

At Hyatt Place Ann Arbor, we understand that dogs are a part of the family. We’re happy to welcome your four-legged companions to our comfy hotel rooms, just three miles from downtown Ann Arbor.

For stays of 1 to 6 nights, the fee is $100, regardless of the duration ($100 total). For stays exceeding 6 nights, there is an additional deep cleaning fee of $100 ($200 total). For stays exceeding 30 nights, please contact us at +1 734 205 9423 if you’re planning an extended stay in Ann Arbor.
