Smoking Policy

Hyatt Place West Des Moines/Jordan Creek is committed to providing a smoke-free environment (including vaping) and any room found to have been smoked in is subject to a smoking fee of no less than $250 + tax. We appreciate your consideration for other guests and ask that you report any smoking in the building immediately.

Pet Policy

We gladly welcome canine guests weighing 50 pounds and under at Hyatt Place West Des Moines/Jordan Creek. Two dogs may be permitted in room, provided their combined weight does not exceed 75 pounds.

Fees

For stays of 1 to 6 nights, the fee is $100, regardless of the duration ($100 total).

For stays exceeding 6 nights, there is an additional deep cleaning fee of $100 ($200 total).
