…My room had cockroaches. And from what the front desk guy told me, this was a known issue. If cockroaches are no big deal for you, then okay. For me, they’re a very big deal. As a consolation, I was given points amounting to one free night’s stay at a Hyatt of my choosing, but to me that’s pretty worthless. Honestly, the effort to make good on this was bare bones and not acceptable. But in any case; don’t stay here. Maybe don’t stay at Hyatts, period. But definitely don’t stay here.

Good place to stay with affordable pricing. Would have been helpful if dryer/washer installed on premises. Staff very helpful and they have wonderful breakfast. Very clean too

The rooms are big the area felt safe and the breakfast was good I liked that it had a bar in the lobby, the only issue was the bathtub drain was so slow to drain even after maintenance came to fix it still was the same

Bathroom door would not close. Air conditioner in room would cool consistently. Bar did not have expected stock. The breakfast buffet was not stocked , trash cans overflowing. No staff cleaning or restocking. This is not the Hyatt experience we are used to.

My stay at this property has been the worst hyatt stay I’ve had. I woke up to a large roach crawling on me. There was a roach in the bathroom. When I let the staff know and showed him photos, he simply responded,, oh that’s just a water bug. It certainly was not a water bug. The staff showed no concern nor desire to resolve the issue. I do not recommend this property at all.

This is a clean hotel in a great location close to many main roads and plenty of entertainment and food choices including a Starbucks and Einstein Bagel across the parking lot. The staff are very attentive, pleasant and kind. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the rooms were clean. This is a solid, comfortable, and simple hotel.

The hotel was clean and all of the staff super friendly and helpful, especially the cook in charge of breakfast. I really enjoyed the location, it is close to lots of good shopping and restaurants and easy access to the Tollway. Plenty of parking at/near the hotel.

Clean rooms and courteous staff! Hyatt Place Plano is conveniently located near grocery stores, shopping centers, movie theaters, and restaurants. Hyatt Place Plano is ideal for anyone who may be in town on business, visiting family, or on vacation and travelling through.

The hotel was not well maintained there was a water bubble in the paint in my room. They said they will have maintenance get on it nothing happened. They had the old air conditioners so the room was either too hot or too cold there was no medium. Housekeeping didn't come clean even though requested to have the room clean daily. The front desk agent was pulling double duty and did not want to cook in the cafe so stated that there was no food but after the manager heard it the manager claimed they found something in the kitchen told them never mind decided to get Uber eats instead. Then saw roaches in the cafe area and by the elevator.

Every thing was excellent. But they are missing EV Charing stations for the EV drivers that are traveling through Plano. It is a must needed amenity. They are going to remodel soon and was told it is on their list to complete.Food and staff were very professional and met my expectations.
