Terrible customer service
Here is the email sent to the hotel's general manager after my stay: Nancy, Good morning. We have just completed our checkout at your hotel for a quick night stay after a long flight back to US. As a Hyatt discoverist member I have stayed in Hyatt properties all over the world and for this reason and the usual quality of the stays decided to chose HP DFW for my rest last night. After less than 8hs at the hotel as we arrived at the property passed midnight I went to do my online check-out and noticed a $8 bar charge to my room. I thought to myself: no problems someone made a mistake. But I also thought that this was the first time in 30 years staying in Hyatt properties that this happened. I went to the front desk and told them what had happened and what could have been an easy fix became a much bigger problem because of your staff reactions and lack of training . First the lady at the front desk said she had to find the receipt from the bar. Something she could not find after some wait. Then she said the charge was made to my room 519 at 11:30pm something that would be impossible as we arrive at the hotel much later than that. Then a manager arrived and said she would not be able to check me out because they need to review the cameras to make sure I was not lying. I told her that as a discoverist I would not make all that fuss for a $8 water and their system was saying that the charge was made to my room before we even arrived at the property and this didn't make sense at all. Only when I asked for your contact the Manager decided to magically now revert the charge and check me out something she said she was not able to. Then I asked for a printed folio and she said she could not give to me, something I replied I knew it was not true and asked her to print it for me something she did against her will. Again I just wanted to make you aware of this situation as something like this has never happened with me at Hyatt properties before and I would like to make you aware of the below grade customer service I have received on your property this morning. I plan to post the same info above on the reviews page to make other travelers aware and to be careful when checking out.

Great staff
We stay here regularly when we have early flights or late arrivals. It is always a pleasure. Staff really looks out for guests.

Somewhere to come back to!
Great, clean comfortable hotel. Everything a hotel should be. Mason at the front desk was friendly and helpful at check-in. Breakfast was great and there’s an attendant there at all times to keep things orderly. Room had everything we needed.

Would definitely stay here again
Great hotel with friendly service, a decent breakfast, an outdoor seating area, and a convivial restaurant/bar area. Would definitely recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

Convenient and excellent
Very clean and convenient. Nice shuttle drivers and very friendly staff. The breakfast is fairly typical for chain hotels; not over the top. But we had just come from Europe where the breakfasts have many more offerings. They could up their game in this one area.

Park and Fly offer is wonderful and shuttle was very fast and polite.
The Park and Fly offer makes this a fabulous deal! It give you FREE parking for 3 or more nights when you stay just one night here. So we always do this now, even though we live less than an hour away. The shuttle was very fast both times as well. Excellent service and free breakfast too!

Great place to stay
This is my second stay. Location great close to the airport. The room is clean and sound proof glass is wonderful. The staff are very nice specially Mo the shuttle driver. He was very helpful and very nice. The food is great.

Experience at the Hyatt Park DFW
Excellent across the board. Very clean and tidy. Room was cleaned daily. Food was ok, had wings and they were not the best but it was quick service.

Relaxing Night Before Flight
The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and efficient. The room was well kept. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet. I'll go back.

Such polite, professional, and helpful staff. The hotel was very clean and pleasant as well. The room was very nice. The price was in line with what we received. Very clean room. I didn’t notice any inappropriate noise.

Very friendly and accommodating
Helen the manager and her team were so friendly and accommodating. I stayed here last minute for a world cup at dallas stadium, and could not have gone any smoother. Would 100% stay here again

Very clean and safe, felt welcomed from the time we arrived until the time we had to check out and leave. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area.

Staying at a hotel before an early AM flight from DFW?
Always a great experience, the best place to stay near the airport if you are coming from out of town for a morning flight on the day of checkout.

Great hotel, great staff, very clean room and breakfast options are very good. Also, quite convenient to rental cars and airport.
