Early Check-in Policy

Early check-in is available beginning at 9 a.m. Fees apply.

A $50 fee may apply for check-in prior to noon

A $35 fee may apply for check-in between 12:01 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Pet Policy

Enjoy a relaxing stay with your furry best friend at our pet-friendly hotel in downtown Denver. Hyatt Place Denver/Downtown is proud to be one of the city’s few dog-friendly hotels, because we know no vacation is complete without them. Guests are limited to two household pets per suite. You’re welcome to bring your dog when you stay at Hyatt Place Denver/Downtown. Contact the hotel to discuss additional pet inquiries. Pets must not exceed 50 pounds and must be housebroken.

Fees

For stays of 1 to 6 nights, the fee is $100, regardless of the duration ($100 total).

For stays exceeding 6 nights, there is an additional deep cleaning fee of $100 ($200 total).

For stays exceeding 30 nights, please contact the hotel.

Pets are not allowed in the Guest House or food service areas. Guests must use side or back entrances and dogs must be on leashes when in public areas. Service animals are allowed in all pubic areas.

Smoking Policy

There is no smoking allowed in any area of the hotel. The hotel will apply a minimum $250 cleaning fee to any room that violates this nonsmoking policy.

Minimum Age Policy

The minimum age to check in to Hyatt Place Denver/ Downtown is 21 years of age.

Incidental Policy

A valid credit or debit card must be presented at the time of check-in. The card will be authorized for room and tax, as well as an additional $50 per night for incidentals.DEBIT CARD USERS: Funds will be held as a “pending charge” and therefore will be unavailable to you. Any unused authorization is released within seven to 10 business days after check-out.Depending on your banking institution, this hold can take up to 30 days to release. We recommend using a credit card at check-in and, to settle your balance, use your debit card at check-out.
