Pet Policy

Enjoy a relaxing stay with your furry best friend at our pet-friendly hotel in Denver. Hyatt Place Denver/Cherry Creek is proud to be one of the area’s few dog-friendly hotels, because we know no vacation is complete without them.Guests are limited to two household pets per suite. You’re welcome to bring your dog when you stay at Hyatt Place Denver / Downtown. Contact the hotel to discuss additional pet inquiries. Pets must not exceed 50 pounds and must be housebroken.

Fees

For stays of 1 to 6 nights, the fee is $100, regardless of the duration ($100 total).
For stays exceeding 6 nights, there is an additional deep cleaning fee of $100 ($200 total).
For stays exceeding 30 nights, please contact the hotel.

Weight Limits

Only dogs weighing 50 pounds or less are permitted. Two dogs may be allowed in a guestroom if their combined weight does not exceed 75 pounds. The fee covers this, and any exceptions are at the hotel's discretion.

Restrictions

Pets are not allowed in the Guest House or food service areas. Guests must use side or back entrances and dogs must be on leashes when in public areas. Service animals are allowed in all pubic areas.

Must be 21 to check in

Guests must be 21 years of age or older to check-in to the hotel. ID's will be verified at check-in.
