Impressive service at Hyatt Udhyog Vihar
Excellent property with courteous staff with the right attitude. Well located in Gurgaon, close to necessities and the airport.
Business stay at Hyatt Place Gurgaon
This was an unexpected surprise. While the hotel is slightly away from the usual Gurgaon hot spots like Sector 27 and 29, it more than makes up for it by the sheer customer service ethos and thoughtfulness of arrangements in the room and around the hotel. Had a great experience on the stay, food, and all through.
excellent hospitality
excellent hospitality. The staff here deserve the highest praise. Every single team member, from the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant crew, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They were attentive without being intrusive, always anticipating my needs before I even had to ask.

Great stay at Hyatt Place , Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon
Had an excellent stay at the hotel. Excellent spacious room with good room services. The breakfast spread was very decent . Also some of the food items like mutton / chicken biriyani we tried for dinner at the restaurant was excellently well made. The dessert section was limited in the buffet dinner. So we were served ice creams separately on the house.Overall all the staff demonstrated excellent hospitality and made our stay a great one - special thanks to Sangi for her prompt attention and special care always.
