Pet Policy

Before your stay at Hyatt Place Charlotte Airport/Lake Pointe, please give us a call at +1 704 357 8555 to let us know you’ll be traveling with your dog(s). As a pet-friendly hotel, we kindly ask that pets are not left unattended in guest rooms unless kenneled, remain leashed in common areas and that you clean up after them outdoors. All pets must be housebroken.

*Guests with disabilities accompanied by service animals are always welcome. Service animals are not considered pets and are exempt from this policy. Please contact the hotel for additional details.

FEES:

For guests staying 1–6 nights, a $100 nonrefundable pet fee plus taxes will be administered. For guests stay 7–30 nights, a $100 nonrefundable pet fee plus taxes and an additional $100 cleaning fee will be administered. For guests staying 30 nights or more, please contact the hotel.

WEIGHT LIMITS:

There is a maximum of two dogs with a combined weight of 75 pounds permitted per room. Individual dogs may not exceed 50 pounds. All dogs must be housebroken.

Credit Card Policy

A valid credit card must be presented at the time of check-in. The card will be authorized for room and tax, as well as an additional $15 per night for incidentals.

DEBIT CARD USERS: There is a $15-per-night authorization placed on your card at check-in to account for any incidental charges you may incur, including but not limited to food and beverage charges. Funds will be held as a “pending charge” and will be unavailable to you. Any unused authorization is released within seven to 10 business days after checkout, depending on your banking institution.
