Minimum Age Policy

Guests must be 21 years or older to check in. Children 17 years old or younger stay free when occupying a parent or guardian’s room, using existing bedding. Rollaway beds and extra beds are not available. The property has connecting/adjoining rooms, which are subject to availability and can be requested by contacting the property using the number on the booking information.

Check-in time is 3 p.m.

Check-out time is noon.

Government-issued photo identification and a credit card are required at check-in for incidental charges.

Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges. Special requests cannot be guaranteed.

Pet Policy

Hyatt Place Chicago/Schaumburg is proud to be a dog-friendly hotel. We welcome up to two dogs per room. For stays of 1 to 6 nights, the fee is $100, regardless of the duration ($100 total). For stays exceeding 6 nights, there is an additional deep cleaning fee of $100 ($200 total). For stays exceeding 30 nights, please contact the hotel. Guests wishing to stay with pets longer than 30 nights should contact the hotel. We welcome dogs weighing 50 pounds or less or two dogs with a combined weight of no more than 75 pounds. Service animals are exempt from fees/restrictions.
