Air conditioner is too loud and cannot be adjusted for better sleep . Very bad bedding. Paid parking. They do not mention it clearly while booking.

This is a very cute and clean hotel with free airport shuttle service. Staff was extremely helpful. We only stayed one night, but it was comfortable. Overall price was reasonable. There is a Raising Cain's across the street that was open late which was helpful for us.

Overall experience very good, tasty food, confortable and beautiful room, excellent customer service, really good shuttle service ours.

If you travel for work with the federal government, be warned that this hotel will not accept any tax exempt documentation and will refuse to remove sales tax from your room bill.

The room was great with a view of O'Hare airport (and the tollway). A sound app helped to minimize the traffic noise. Black-out shades blocked the external light. The room was clean and well-appointed and the front-desk staff were very helpful! Only one negative, and it's only for people traveling alone. The hotel next to Hyatt Place is abandoned, and despite the security lights, I was nervous about parking there and leaving early in the morning. I ended up moving my car to a parking space close to the Hyatt Place (there aren't many). If the parking situation can be corrected, I would definitely stay here again!

Hotel was not the cleanest, towels left in hallway for over 2 days, sheets were dirty and bathroom not clean. Hotel shuttle van drivers drove extremely fast and unsafe when going to airport

Friendly and helpful staff, registration and check out was fast, very clean room and excellent breakfast, if you thinking on travel to Chicago on a late night this is the best optio, shuttle from and to the airport.great experience!

This is a great hotel. Clean, spacious, quiet, great location. This is the perfect airport hotel, because so many great restaurants and shops nearby and airport shuttle.

The room was very clean the environment was pleasant and quiet. I needed some assistance with another booking and Claire, who I think was the manager, was very helpful. The front desk staff was very helpful in answering any questions whether it was about the hotel amenities or places to go have dinner. The shuttle to and from the airport is also an added benefit!

Convenient location, friendly staff, clean facilities. Staying here allows you to take the shuttle to the airport & from there take the train from O'Hare to downtown Chicago.
