Pet Policy

We welcome your canine companions at Hyatt Place Chicago/O’Hare Airport.

FEES: 

1–6 nights: $75/stay

7–30 nights: Additional $100 cleaning fee 

WEIGHT LIMITS:

One dog: 50 lbs

Two dogs: 75 lbs combined

Self-Parking Policy

Unauthorized vehicles are strictly prohibited from parking in our private lot. Any vehicle without a valid parking tag or with an expired parking tag will be subject to towing at the owner’s expense.

Self-parking is available for hotel guests only at Hyatt Place Chicago/O’Hare Airport. 

• Extensions for parking are not permitted without prior approval from the parking manager.
• Additionally, third-party services making reservations for customers must obtain approval from the property manager.
• If a third-party website or customer fails to notify management, any vehicle with an expired parking tag will be towed without further notice.
