Great location but not a great value. Several better options a few blocks away. Mid service, Mid condition, tight parking, premium price

Clean!!
If you are looking for clean hotel room, I defiantly recommend the vista Hyatt. Service was great. Staff were very friendly as well.

Awesome Hyatt!!
Extremely clean hotel; very pleasant & friendly personnel; check in & out without any issue, everyone at front was pleasant & helpful; arrived late & back parking was full, valet directed us to overflow at parking garage, when leaving valet walked to garage with us helped with luggage & opened gate for us! We were both very impressed with customer service provided by everyone at this Hyatt property!

family vacation summary at the Hyatt
Maya and Ashlyn made our entire stay exceptional—from check-in to check-out. They were naturally kind, patient, and professional. They not only helped me with thoughtful adjustments and listened attentively to my needs, but I also saw them treat other guests with the same warmth and care. Their service came so effortlessly, making everyone feel welcomed and supported. They’d be a fantastic addition to any corporate training or mentorship program for front desk staff. If this is the standard, we’ll definitely be back. They truly deserve recognition or a promotion!

This can’t be a “Hyatt”
We don’t often complain. We travel a lot. This hotel was cheap so we didn’t have high expectations. However, it was awful. We had to move rooms three times. The AC wasn’t working in one room and they were aware prior to putting us in it. The rooms we dirty. There are piles of dust and trash under the desk/ drawers/ cabinets. There is trash on the floor throughout the hotel. The breakfast was minimal and barely edible. Thin walls/ doors and you could hear neighbors from 5 rooms down. One elevator was broken and the second (only) elevator broke - thank goodness they did get it fixed same day. And the worst part of our stay- on the day prior to noon check out, we had our one year old napping in the room. Do not disturb sign on the door. Lights out. Sound machine turned on. Housekeeping let themselves into our room, turned on the lights, unplugged the sound machine & woke up our napping baby. We had not even checked out as it was not noon yet!! Needless to say, this mama was furious. The ladies downstairs were very nice and apologetic. They also said their manager would call me the next day. Guess what? No manager called me.

Unclean
Bathroom and linens were not clean. The shower clearly had not been cleaned in a while. Linens had a significant amount of hair on the pillows.

Summer Fun and Retreat
I have stayed at Hyatts in other cities, but this one takes the cake for great service. Each member of the staff went out of their way to meet our needs, answer our questions, and acquaint us with the surrounding area. We look forward to returning in September.

Enjoyed our stay
Excellent stay. Staff attentive & helpful. We needed special parking accommodations for a loaded SUV, which they enabled. Enjoyed our stay.
