Not a great stay but good staff.
The staff was wonderful. The hotel lobby and availability of coffee and on The Go food was really good. But, the mattress was very hard - too hard for a good night's sleep and the pillows were unevenly filled. Breakfast included several carbs and on one morning I noticed that the sign for turkey sausage had to be switched to the appropriate kettle - therefore I wasn't sure which meat I could eat since I don't eat red meat. I had to go out and get breakfast. And finally, one of the elevators stopped working.

I am sorry that we were not able to help you better with Breakfast. Please let my attendant know of any dietary issues and we are happy to help. We have both elevators working properly now.
No elevator service.
Do not stay. 1 working elevator for entire hotel is a complete disaster. Dont recommend staying on any floor above 1. U will wait 10+ minutes everytime u go up and down.
Clean Hotel in a Great Location
Had a wonderful stay!! Hotel was clean, bed was comfortable, and the hotel is conveniently located. Staff was friendly and professional. Will definitely be back.

Southern Hospitality at its Finest
Excellent experience from the greeting at the door to checking out. Staff seemed to go overboard to ensure everything was fine. The breakfast was great, the front desk was excellent/friendly/helpful, grounds and lobby were well kept.

College drop off visit
Staff was extremely helpful and exceeded our expectations. The hotel allowed us to send packages aheads of our visit which was extremely helpful in moving our daughter to college.

Great Breakfast
Clean Comfortable & Quiet, perfect walking location to the college and downtown restaurants' and shops. Safe parking also with attendants if needed.

Great hotel
This was one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at. Compliments to the staff on their hard work. The pool area was also very well maintained.

Great Location

June 4 -7 Great hotel
Great hotel. Staff very intuned and helpful. Requested numerous rooms to be close and it was completed. Breakfast great with almond milk, oat milk, fresh fruit and even steel oats and grits. Only one waffle maker. Fridge in room needs the cabinet door to be open to be cool. Great position for hotel. Definitely recommend hotel.

Not Clean
Don’t you just love the experience of arriving at your hotel late at night and realizing that your bathroom was not cleaned before your stay.

Well located hotel that is comfortable and clean!
This hotel is conveniently located in downtown Columbia and close to many fabulous restaurants! The atmosphere was cozy. The room was spacious, clean, and well-designed; and provides a great value for the money you are paying to stay there. The front desk and housekeeping staff were very friendly, warm, and attentive. Despite being in downtown Columbia, the hotel rooms were quiet. The gym was spacious and offered lots of equipment for guests to use. It would have been helpful for the Peloton bike to be in working condition, but I appreciate the hotel staff letting me know that they were waiting for it be fixed.

Well Rested and Well Fed
The staff was very nice throughout my stay and the breakfast was plenty to fuel my day. They were also very helpful with recommendations to experience the area.

Great hotel, parking nightmare
Everything was great except the parking. The parking garage did not recognize the parking voucher given to me by the hotel, and the attendant would not raise the gate for me. I paid over $20 for my garage parking for my stay. Because there were cars behind me I had no choice but to pay the "lost ticket" option since the one the hotel gave me wouldn't work. The parking attendant said it had nothing to do with the garage, and I'd need to "take it up with the hotel." The hotel and the parking garage they use for guests clearly don't communicate, and the whole thing feels like a scam. The parking situation is bad enough where I would not likely stay here again.

we stayed the weekend did and did not receive maid services for the room. we had to request towels and toilet paper.
The hotel for the cost is very average, you pay to park in the hotels allowed parking. There was valet parking that was the same price. $20 a day is ridiculous to pay after paying for the hotel rate.

My Returning Home
The customer service was great. Everyone was nice and the hotel was clean. The location was great and the parking was no hassle with the lot and valet options. Everything was close and the breakfast was so fresh thanks to Marlene. There was no noise and we enjoyed some good sleep.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was welcoming, professional, and always willing to help. A great Stay during our big concert outing to see Stevie Nicks!
It’s a great Location, if you’re going to restaurant near the Riverside or if you’re going to a concert at the CAROLINA Coliseum. It is about a 15 minute walk to the Colosseum and it’s very well lighted and big sidewalks. It was great fun to get in with the whole crowd that was going to see Stevie Nicks. We enjoyed it.
