Short but sweet
Hyatt place is beautiful hotel! Enjoyed my stay. I will definitely return. The restaurant next door is delicious as well.

Definitely will return
Excellent location and very friendly staff. Room could have been a little cleaner, however overall stay was very nice. We will definitely return. I would strongly recommend the marina view if available, street side not so pretty. Excellent waterside restaurant/bar next door. This was our first time visiting the area so we weren’t sure what to expect. Overall great time!

Would stay again -
Very nice place near Kent Island, marinas etc. It was comfortable, clean, updated and had a very nice complimentary breakfast. It was nice that there was a bar there where we could have a drink after dinner and watch the football game.

Great overnight stay
Great overnight stay! Clean hotel with nice marina views. Our firends picked us up by boat at marina. You can also walk to several restaurants. Breakfast was okay. Eat somewhere local if you can. Overall beautiful area, great staff and comfortable stay.

Nice visit
We love this place. Great sunset views from our room. Friendly staff. Very clean. We brought our kayaks and toured some of the local waterways.

3 star this stay
Normally give this hotel and 5 star as we have for last several years, however it only deserves a 3 star this year. Not taken care of as well as prior years.

Amazing hotel!
The hotel was in an awesome location with the bay and surrounding restaurants. The rooms were very clean, especially for being a pet friendly hotel. The breakfast exceeded our expectations for a hotel breakfast bar. We were there for a wedding and the hotel staff made the event move smoothly. We would stay here again.

nice hotel- get a water view
this is a nice hotel. water view on the backside of the hotel is great if you can get it. morning breakfast buffet was included and wonderful.

Beautiful Place!
I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Place Kent Narrows. The location was beautiful, the room was spotless, and the complimentary breakfast was fresh and well organized. Everything exceeded my expectations. One of the highlights of my stay was taking a peaceful walk around the marina while watching the breathtaking sunset in the evening. It made the whole experience even more relaxing and memorable. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I truly appreciated the excellent service and hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. I will definitely be back!

Family wedding
The rooms were spacious, the staff was so incredible. Wonderful location. Paul at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Everyone we came in contact with was great.

Too busy to train their staff during the busy season?
The service level from the staff is inconsistent. Some staff members are very nice and professional, but at least one guy I encountered at the front desk was not. I don't think he was the regular front desk staff, however.

Love this spot
Loved the view and convience to good restaurants. Quiet room. Very clean. Handicap parking so conventional. Tv was a good size.

Great Stay!
We had a great stay. Since we were celebrating our anniversary, we were given two complimentary drinks at the bar. The hotel is very dog friendly. They also have a orange crush happy hour at the bar on Fridays for guests which is a nice touch. Waterfront rooms are lovely. We will definitely stay again.

Nice Waterview Hyatt Place
This is a nicer Hyatt Place right on the water, so it does have that advantage! The reception area is small but then opens on to a big bar area, with water views. The rooms were a good size, the bed comfortable and the bathroom clean and functional. It was a better than usual breakfast and in nice weather, you can sit outside an eat (which we did!).My only complaint is that what ever cleaning products were used, they smelled really toxic - the smell was in the lobby and in the bedroom. I did not like it at all!

Great stay, beautiful location.
Our room was spacious, had a balcony on the water, a small dining table and kitchenette. The staff members were friendly and helpful. The included breakfast had both hot and cold items, in a large area with water views, or you could sit outside along the water. The location is perfect! It is along the waterway where you can see many boats coming and going, but it is still quiet. There are a numbers of restraunts within walking distance. It is a short drive to Annapolis.

Immaculate rooms, warm atmosphere, and outstanding service!
Paul and Cheyenne at the front desk were absolutely fantastic and created such a warm, welcoming atmosphere right from the initial greeting. They were incredibly accommodating in getting our room available for an early check-in, which was greatly appreciated. I also want to give a huge shoutout to the housekeeping team—the room was immaculately clean. Walking into such a pristine accommodation instantly allowed us to feel completely relaxed; a spotless room truly makes all the difference! Throughout our time there, any request was met with a very rapid response time. Paul really went out of his way to make sure our visit was memorable, and my wife Debora was incredibly happy with the entire experience. We can't wait to come back and stay with you again this winter!

Beautiful hotel near it all!
We visited Hyatt Place Kent Narrows this June for a wedding and it was amazing! The location was great, super close to delicious restaurants and the staff made our stay super memorable. A standout individual is Melissa who works in the bar. She welcomed a rowdy crew leaving the wedding welcome party with open arms, squeezed the best grapefruit juices and made the best drinks. She was a whole vibe, so friendly and kind. Our room was clean, the venue is beautiful on the water and it was a wonderful spot to reconnect with our family.

Great Stay in Kent Narrows
Beautiful hotel right on the marina, view was fantastic. So many restaurants close by that you could walk too. Everything was perfect

Great location and views of the water!
Great location and views! The room (a one bedroom suite) was wonderful, very spacious and light and bright and nicely appointed. The staff was friendly and helpful. A few things, the AC was very noisy and hard to regulate, weird thermostat, no robes and slippers and noise from the AC system from the ballroom actually vibrated into our room.
