Credit Card Policy

A valid credit card must be presented at the time of check-in. The card will be authorized for the room, tax and an additional $15 per night for incidentals.

DEBIT CARD USERS: There is a $15 per night authorization placed on your card at check-in to account for any incidental charges you may incur including, but this is not limited to food and beverage charges. Funds will be held as a “pending charge” and therefore will be unavailable to you. Any unused authorization is released within seven to 10 business days after checkout, depending on your banking institution.

Smoking Policy

Hyatt is committed to providing a smoke-free environment. Smoking is not allowed in the public areas of the hotel or the guestrooms, including on balconies. The hotel will apply a $250 + tax cleaning fee to any guestroom that violates this nonsmoking policy. We appreciate your consideration for other guests and ask that you report any smoking in the building immediately. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Express Housekeeping Policy

Guided by Hyatt’s Culture of Care, we are pleased to announce Express Housekeeping—our evolved housekeeping stayover program for select service properties in the Americas.

Express Housekeeping provides a lighter service, after every second night (every other day), compared to the current full clean after every third night. This program acknowledges the needed evolution for more frequent housekeeping stayover service in today’s business climate. Building on data-derived guest insights, Express Housekeeping is the next evolution of Hyatt’s Housekeeping Guest Personal Preferences (HGPP).

The program is grounded in data and designed to address the most critical touch points in the stayover housekeeping experience and includes the removal of trash, replacement of towels, replenishment of toiletries and tidying the bed. Listening to what matters most to our guests is at the core of our decision-making process. Property teams are to use their discretion for all other in-room housekeeping touch points beyond Express Housekeeping.

Pet Policy

Two dogs are allowed per room provided the combined weight of both dogs does not exceed 75 pounds; the dog fee encompasses this, and dogs exceeding the weight limit are at the hotel’s discretion. All dogs must be housebroken.

1- 6 nights: $100 per stay

7-30 nights: $100 per stay plus additional $100 cleaning fee

WEIGHT LIMITS:

One dog:  50 lbs

Two dogs:  75 pounds lbs
