The Hyatt Place at Seaports/ Boston exceeded my expectations in location, hospitality, cleanliness and efficiency. The staff is very attentive & friendly. There are so many restaurants around the hotel. Very walkable to lots of attractions. The surrounding areas are very nice, safe, clean and modern.. We are already planning to come back next October with our adult children.

This is an excellent hotel in a great location. We enjoyed our stay very much. Breakfast options were delicious and plentiful. My daughter appreciated the toaster for gluten free items only. Our room was clean and comfortable, and any employees we encountered were helpful and polite.

Highly recommend this as a great airport hotel. It's also in a great neighborhood if you are just visiting the city as well. Bus access was very convenient. Area was walkable to restaurants and breweries. Hotel feels very trendy and new. Lobby bar was nice. Friendly front desk staff. Room seemed larger than normal. ( though I just returned from Europe and stayed in many smaller hotel rooms so it could just be relative...). The free breakfast was above average for your standard complimentary hotel breakfast (bacon was both good and crispy. Breakfast sausage also crispy and not your standard boiled style that every where else typically has). Only negatives.. Key card did not work for first room but was quickly resolved by front desk staff. Also, baggage storage was out in the open, though within viewing distance of front desk staff. I was a bit nervous leaving my stuff. If staff became distracted, it'd be easy to swipe something.

Outstanding experience at the Hyatt Palace SeaPort! Spacious, pristine rooms paired with genuinely attentive staff who proactively ensure your comfort. The breakfast is excellent, and the SeaPort location is ideal. Highly recommended for Boston visitors.

If you are staying there because you will attend the concert across the street, then you're good. But if not don't stay there. We couldn't even hear our TV. It was awful.

Location was very close to everything we wanted to do. Easy walk to many restaurants and bars. Also easy access to transportation. Hotel is super clean and has many amenities I look for such as a well-equipped gym, a nice breakfast buffet and some outdoor spaces to take in the view. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Place Boston. The staff were incredibly helpful and even got us into our room early, which made a big difference after traveling. The room itself was beautiful, spotless, and had an amazing view. The location couldn’t be better — one would be able to walk to many historical sights and great restaurants. Popular transportation available within 1 to 5 minutes if you decide not to walk. Breakfast being included was a nice bonus and really convenient. Overall, a comfortable, friendly, and perfectly located place to stay. Highly recommend

Great hotel, loved the 12th floor. Was able to bring food and drinks up there and had a great view. Free breakfast was amazing.

Great location. great atmosphere. VERY Disappointed with room condition when checked in. Streaming premium channels did not work. (Buffering every 10 seconds) channels with commercials worked ok. Many plates were still soiled at breakfast buffet on the second day

Hotel was very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful (thank you Bobby and Bianca). We didn't try the breakfast, but it was a nice perk. The room was spacious, very clean and the a/c didn't keep us up at night like at some hotels. Housekeeping was very responsive in bringing more towels and pillows. The 12th floor rooftop deck was a nice place to unwind and look at the city. The walk to most sites was around 30 minutes and after eating so much good food we were happy to walk back to the hotel at night. The area is quiet, clean and safe.

Love this hotel. Very clean, great location, not cheap but you get what you pay for. The room was very nice, quiet and comfortable, excellent bed. And the staff, very friendly and accommodating!

We ALWAYS stayed at a competitors property in the Seaport District and decided we liked the location and exterior of the Hyatt Place and gave it a try….the property exceeded our expectations!!!!! We are now Hyatt Members!!!!!

Beautiful property, great staff, convenient location! Rooms were very clean and the views were wonderful. Rooftop was a great place to relax. Nice outdoor area on the second floor as well.

Great location, very modern and clean hotel, loved the outdoors spaces with great views - the terrace and the rooftop bar, the breakfast was fresh with healthy options, and the staff was very nice and courteous.

Spacious rooms and a great location make this a great choice when traveling as a family to Boston. Breakfast was also well-organized and well-stocked, even though it was busy. We had someone with food allergies in our group, and the staff was helpful and able to provide ingredient lists for items we inquired about.

Stayed here for a concert across the street at Leader Bank Pavilion. It was a really nice hotel and the included breakfast was a bonus. We enjoyed the area as well and will go back for a general stay.

Hyatt Place Seaport/Boston exceeded expectations! The check in staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the water front view from the room was great! The location was a safe area to walk around in with lots of great restaurants near by. The beach was a 20 minute walk away. You can take the SL1 bus from the airport (free) and drops you off right behind the hotel.

The Hyatt Place is a nice hotel and I always stay there when I am in Boston. The friendly staff makes it a welcoming experience.It is great for walking places and the area is safe.
