I was there three days before anyone came to clean my room. And the last two days of my state, someone was smoking marijuana in the hotel and nothing was done about it

Staff was amazing. Overall hotel looks great. The room (308 if i remember correctly) had a partition wall between the bed and "living room" section. The partition wall was nasty with dust and other. When I'm close to a bed, I don't want to see dried white splashes.

The property was well kept and the location in Herdersonville had food, retail & business options. If you need a property that has the amenities, is spacious with friendly staff, stay here!

Nice hotel. Nice large room. Convenient. Very clean. Helpful staff. Easy parking. Good wifi. I do appreciate that on the one day when I was in the room a few hours, the housekeeping staff left a note that they could not clean the room because my Do Not Disturb hanger was on the door. This is MUCH preferable to disturbing me, which has unfortunately happened at other hotels.

10 out of 10! The staff was so wonderful. They went above and beyond asking about our day. Can't say enough about them. The bed was super comfy, the shower head was low but had good pressure, air worked great, everything was clean. Threw me off with the room layout being different than every hotel I've stayed in my whole life but I liked it.

Clean. Quiet. Modern. The most comfortable bed/pillows. The best breakfast and exercise room I have seen in a hotel. Great shower. Only drawback - no caffeinated coffee in room.

Very clean and quiet hotel, just off the main street so no road noise. Really liked that I was able to do check in and check out electronically as well as use digital key on my phone to access my room. We didn't eat breakfast but it was available

Very clean, nice facility, with helpful and friendly team members. My kids enjoyed the pool! The breakfast had options for my whole family, and the staff were helpful no matter what time of day or night we needed assistance. We checked in very late on Saturday evening and the person who helped us couldn't have been friendlier!

Location is great. Staff were all nice. Clean spacious room. Stayed with family and friends and had lots of room for the grandkids to come to my room and play.

This location was very clean. The rooms were well appointed and the breakfast was nicely presented and offered a good selection. We stayed at this location because our granddaughter was playing softball at Drakes Creek, and it was very close and convenient. No indoor pool bummed the kids a little, but as it was they did not have time to swim. It is also close to some shopping and many places to eat.

We were very impressed with the room's layout. The location of the sink, bathroom, 'kitchen' like area with the mini fridge, and sitting area were all arranged in a very functional flow. I wish all hotel rooms were laid out this way. The staff were very helpful and courteous.

I would recommend Hyatt Place in Hendersoville TN to everyone I know. Great Customer service from the front desk to the entire hotel.Not one rude person, very genuine. This meant so much to me, initially reserved a room at Country Inn and Suites Goodletsville TN Customer service at front desk was much less than friendly. Excellent service and the hotel was very clean at the Hyatt Place. I plan to stay there next year if our conference is in Hendersonville.

Poor maintenance in Bath, broken TP holder, mold in shower, breakfast food out and not replaced @8:15AM Saturday. New manager needed.

This is why I stay at a Hyatt, whenever possible. Property was very clean, the hotel was quiet from road noise, the rooms were an excellent value. Above all, the employees were friendly and extremely helpful. I'd stay here again, hands down.
