Pet Policy

Your furry friends are welcome at our pet-friendly hotel in Waco. For guests staying up to six nights, there is a $100 fee. For guests staying 7–30 nights, there is an additional $100 non-refundable deep-cleaning fee. Guests wishing to stay with a pet for more than 30 nights should contact the hotel.

We allow up to two dogs per room, with a maximum of 50 pounds for one dog or a combined maximum weight of 75 pounds for two dogs. All dogs must be housebroken. We reserve the right to refuse dogs that do not meet customary standards for household dogs, based on species, odor or aggressiveness.  Your pet must be confined in a carrier if left unattended during the cleaning of your room, or you can make arrangements to be present when your room is serviced. Rooms with pets must be serviced by housekeeping no less than once every three days.

Pets are not allowed in public areas, including food service areas and pool. We request that guests with pets use side or back entrances, and dogs must be on leashes when in public areas.

To ensure the comfort of all of our hotel guests, following the departure of a guest and their pet after a 7–30-night stay, there are certain steps that we must take to ensure the room is left clean and free from possible allergens. We deep clean-carpets, drapes, bedspreads and other linens, and we fumigate the suite to remove any pests.

Fees

For stays of 1 to 6 nights, the fee is $100, regardless of the duration ($100 total).

For stays exceeding 6 nights, there is an additional deep cleaning fee of $100 ($200 total).

For stays exceeding 30 nights, please contact the hotel.
