Incidental Deposit

A valid credit card must be presented at the time of check-in. The card will be authorized for room, tax and an additional $50 per night for incidentals.

 

Debit Card Users:
A $50 per night authorization will be placed on your card at check-in to account for any incidental charges you may incur, including but not limited to food and beverage charges. Funds will be held as a “pending charge” and will be unavailable to you. Any unused authorization is released within 7–10 business days after checkout, depending on your banking institution.

Pet Policy

As a pet-friendly hotel, Hyatt Place Atlanta/Alpharetta/North Point Mall welcomes dogs only as per our pet policy. We allow a maximum of two dogs per room. Pets must not exceed 50 pounds and must be housebroken. The combined weight for two pets must not exceed 75 pounds.

Fees

For stays of 1 to 6 nights, the fee is $100, regardless of the duration ($100 total).

For stays exceeding 6 nights, there is an additional deep cleaning fee of $100 ($200 total).

For stays exceeding 30 nights, please contact the hotel.

The cleaning fee is inclusive of taxes.

Smoking Policy

Hyatt is committed to providing a smoke-free environment (including vaping) and any room found to have been smoked in is subject to a smoking fee of no less than $250 plus tax. We appreciate your consideration for other guests and ask that you report any smoking in the building immediately.
