Hotel is in a nice location but encountered cleanliness and maintenance issues that can be easily fixed . Shows lack of thorough cleanliness and maintenance issues. Lack of solid management. With a bit nudge to employees the hotel can be a great one.

This hotel has been renovated recently and is quite pleasant. Our room was lovely and comfortable, the common area welcoming, and the breakfast delicious. There is also a trail behind the hotel for walking, which we enjoyed.

We had a pleasant stay! The hotel was just what we needed for a comfortable place to rest. The room was cool, the air conditioning worked great, and it was nice to have ice available. Everything served its purpose, and overall, it was a good place to stay for the night. We would consider staying here again if we were in the area.

Very noisy neighbors me and my toddler could not sleep properly for 6 nights. Waste of money we would not stay in this place worst experience

Room is decent although the rooms in the front face Hwy 141 and gets noisy. Some loose tiles and door knob in the bathroom but didn’t affect our stay. Hotel is a bit tired. Only 1 elevator working so we took the stairs from 2nd fl. Ran out of coffee one day at breakfast so had to ask front desk employee to refill. No one else around. Not the Hyatt’s fault, but people are slobs at breakfast and spill cereal and food on the counters and floor, where it remains. Always had good experiences at Hyatt, but we won’t be back. Guess that’s why it’s the cheapest hotel in the area.

Mediocre hotel. Gets the job done but wouldn't stay again if I had the choice. Rooms are dark, ugly, and windows do not open. Bathroom was small and didn't have proper ventilation.

The rooms were okay, but just okay. There were a number of maintenance items that need to be addressed (door sticking so it wouldn't shut unless you force it to. Shower controls were loose and need tightening. Towels were threadbare. The room could be cleaner. Carpets could stand a good cleaning. Breakfast doesn't compare favorably with other brands in the same category. We cut our stay short and went to another hotel that turned out to be far cleaner and nicer for less than $1 more per day.

Overall our experience was good. Just a few things that were disappointing. For example, the ice machines on each floor didn’t work. Needed soap to wash the dishes, a plug in the bathroom area didn’t work. It also would have been better to have a list of the amenities of the hotel for those less computer savvy. However, overall it was a great getaway.

This location was the worst Hyatt I have ever stayed at, normally they are great. I had paint tape on the door, the bar area light and outlet didn't work. I had to move the microwave to use it and the whole shower section when I pull on the handle and none of the ice machine on the floors worked. I had to go to the lobby to get ice

Room was Clean, beds were comfortable, everthing worked. Staff was helpful. Noise level was low. Wifi and TV worked well.

An incredible experience with a very polite and helpful team. Everything worked perfectly throughout our entire stay.

Been staying at Hyatt properties for over 5 years and this was the worst experience ever , Everyting is dated , hotel is old , paper plates and foam bowls at the breakfast , AC work at super cold or does not work at all , no housekeeping even upon asking

Pleasant stay at this location. Room is clean and spacious. Though there are some constructions nearby the hotel, but we didn't hear anything. We were placed on 2nd floor, it's quiet and peaceful. Staffs are friendly and thoughtful. Especially we reached out to the hotel to request early check in due to super early flight arrival, their staffs went out and beyond to make this smooth. Definitely recommend !

This hotel is great. I always stay here and it is always great. Clean and comfortable rooms at a fair price. Easy parking.

Very low quality, cheap feeling motel. Scratched and dinged, beat-up feeling, and we were in the remodeled rooms. I can't underscore enough how cheap this property feels, and how little the owners must put into it to make it shine or feel nice. There is nothing nice about this property, it is very motel-like. The furniture in the room (remodeled in october) is scratched and the floor is the cheapest vinyl known to man. Textured walls and dinged up moldings, bad paint job, at best it feels clinical but not hygenic. Seriously, I work hard to not be picky and whine about things at hotels - but this place is really lacking. There is no care taken in the facility.

Rude staff. Say one thing and then don’t do anything at all. Had early check out but hotel director call next morning overriding that saying I have to leave. Was supposed to be compensated one night at check out. Said they changed their mind.

Stayed for a seminar that was down the road. The hotel was exceptional. I would definitely recommend staying to anyone who has business in the area.

Bfast was suspect. Stairwells had building supplies in them. The pool is not something I would allow my kids to swim in unfortunately

This is the place I chose to stay for the night before my surgery my husband also stayed here while I was in the hospital and we stayed the night that I got out of the hospital and I could not ask for a place to be more welcoming and considerate. The room was spacious and clean and they took good care of us the entire stay. If I ever have an appointment where I need to stay overnight and I'm going to be at that hospital again they're the place I'm going to for a room.

Room was clean and neat.. service was excellent The elliptical machine in the fitness area needs attention but all the other services worked well.. thank you!! Ps- prefer a 1st floor room and they made that happen even though I arrived after midnight
