Pet Policy

We welcome your canine companions at Hyatt Place Atlanta/Duluth/Johns Creek. Our pet-friendly hotel allows a maximum of two dogs per room. Only dogs weighing 50 pounds and under are permitted; two dogs may be allowed in a room, provided the combined weight of both dogs does not exceed 75 pounds. The pet fee encompasses this, and pets exceeding are at the hotel’s discretion. All pets must be housebroken.

Fees

For stays of 1 to 6 nights, the fee is $100, regardless of the duration ($100 total).

For stays exceeding 6 nights, there is an additional deep cleaning fee of $100 ($200 total).

For stays exceeding 30 nights, please contact the hotel.

 

Incidental Hold Policy

There is a $50 flat authorization for incidental charges per stay. Incidental charges include but are not limited to food and beverage charges, long distance phone calls, and pay per view movies.  Any unused authorization is released upon checkout and may take 5-7 business days to reflect on your account, based on your bank processing times.
