Laundry

Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport is pleased to offer convenient laundry service for our guests, which is outsourced for efficiency. For detailed pricing information, please inquire at reception.

As part of daily cleaning, we are committed to using less energy and creating less waste. Bed linens are changed every four days. If they are not hung up, towels are replaced every day when refreshing your room. If you wish to have an extra linen change during your stay, a surcharge will apply.

Pet Policy

At Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport, we give pets a warm welcome. Rest assured that your furry friend will enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay at our pet-friendly hotel. Pet fees are non-refundable. One pet weighing 25 kilogrammes or less or two pets with a combined weight of 30 kilogrammes or less are allowed. All pets must be house-trained. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant. Pets are allowed in the lobby and lounge.

Fees:

1–6 nights: €50

7–30 nights: €50 plus an additional €100 cleaning fee

31+ nights: Please contact the hotel.

City Tax

In 2025, the city tax for overnight visitors is 6.29% per room. Please note any potential governmental changes in VAT and city tax in 2026 are not included.

Check-in Policy

Our standard check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is until 12:00 noon. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and could be subject to an additional charge. At check-in, the booker (the guest whose name matches the reservation) is required to present valid passport or ID. As part of legal regulations, the hotel must record specific details from the booker’s identification. This requirement also applies to accompanying guests, including partners, minors, and group travelers.

Smoking Policy

In accordance with the Dutch law, smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited in all enclosed public spaces, workplaces, and hospitality venues throughout the Netherlands. All rooms at Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport are 100% non-smoking.A cleaning fee of €300 will apply if smoking occurs in your room and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. Guests who wish to smoke may do so only in the designated outdoor smoking areas.

Credit/Debit Card for Incidentals

A valid Credit Card guarantee or a Debit Card deposit is required upon arrival to cover incidentals during your stay. 

Children’s Accommodation

• Children aged 0-2 years stay free of charge when sharing their parents’ room. A baby cot can be provided free of charge subject to availability.
• Children aged 3-12 years may also share their parents’ room.
• Guests aged 12 years and above are considered adults and charged accordingly.
• A third person supplement of €50 per night applies. 

The maximum occupancy per room is 3 persons

Accessible Room / Connecting Room

Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport offers 5 accessible rooms, which will be allocated subject to availability.Several room types also offer connecting options, which may be requested at the time of booking. We will always do our utmost to honor preferences; however, connecting and accessible rooms cannot be guaranteed in advance.

In-room Policy

For your convenience, a personal safe is available in your wardrobe. We kindly recommend storing all valuables inside the safe, as the hotel cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items. In the event of property damage, the responsible guest(s) will be required to cover the cost of repair or replacement, in accordance with hotel policy.
