Front desk personnel are all very friendly and helpful especially Nicole (Poi) she made my stay extra pleasant. The room is very spacious, with deep soak bath tub and toilet in a separate room. Location of the hotel is super convenient to shopping, eat and right next to the train and bus stations. If you join any locomotives tour the gathering area is almost right in front of Hyatt house/ Hyatt centric.

Very convenient location, looks and feels brand new. The king size room, although has no kitchenette, is so spacious and bright. I loved the wine and sake on tap in the lobby.

Hyatt House rooms were fantastic. Our best accomodation in Japan during our stay. We had premium family rooms and they were huge, couldn’t fault the hotel in any way. Highly recommended.

Great location, large rooms, free drinks. Weekday prices are best. I used free night for weekend cause prices were fifty percent more than weekday.

Good location right next to the train station but an uncovered walk to enter the hotel while it was raining (same with driving, no covered entrance). The standard king room is just tiny, only stay here if you book an apartment for a longer stay. OTOH, breakfast was pretty poor quality, worst Hyatt breakfast I've had outside the US, so a long term stay would have been painful! Laundry facility was nice to have although it is an extra cost. Overall we should have stayed at the next door Hyatt Centric.

Our room felt both spacious and cozy, thanks to its thoughtful design, city views, and super comfortable beds. And the delicious breakfast buffet was something we looked forward to each morning. The great variety of offerings made it possible for us to enjoy our favorite foods: Western fare for my husband and Japanese fare for me. Should we travel to this area again, we would surely book again!

Perfect location for getting around Kanazawa, as it is right next to the train station with all the food courts, shopping, etc., but without the noise you usually get in cities. We booked a suite as we were staying for just over a week and wanted more space with a kitchen, lounge and dining area. Room was perfectly clean, spacious, all cooking amenities provided, and everything was restocked every day. Staff helpful with booking restaurants and other queries. e used the same day and next day laundry service which was excellent, but there is a guest laundry if you prefer that. Gym available, but we didn't use it. Only issue for us was that there were no proper gluten-free options in the breakfast buffet, e.g. yoghurt and GF bread. Having been to Japan previously, I was prepared for this with my own bread, oats, etc., but it meant that I would have been paying 22AUD per day to eat there with mostly my own food. We would absolutely stay there again and recommend it to others.

Amazing experience. It looks like a pretty new and well maintained property. I was travelling with my parents and they were skeptical of staying at a 3/4 star property but believe me this is a 5 star experience. 100% one of the best stays I had across Japan. The location is perfect, very close to Kanazawa station. there are plenty of coffee shops and restaurants (both chains and local) walkable from here. The hotel has free access to a coffee machine and soda/ soft drinks the entire time, and free access to certain alcoholic beverages from 11 am to 8 pm for all hotel guests. the service is amazing, staff is friendly and helpfull. There is a full stocked kitchenette in the room and most of basic kitchen utensils are available. I didnt try their breakfast because I liked to cook it myself in my room. I would definitely stay here again.

It’s clean and centrally located, and rooms are huge (well, mine was). Front desk staff was helpful. Only downside, and I’m taking off two stars for this because I slept so poorly: AC cannot be lowered past 20 C / 68 F. There are no rooms with windows that open. Even though the staff gave me a fan when I requested it, it didn’t help much to cool down the room. Good thing I only stayed 2 nights or I would’ve been miserable from lack of sleep.

What a great experience. Fabulous location, great staff, big rooms, nothing was to much trouble, will be my first choice in a visit to Kanazawa.

Excellent hotel for business or pleasure, with large and well-fitted rooms, located conveniently next to the train station (but without any noise due to sound isolation).

Everything was super good. Love it. Car rental was nearby and convenient. Train starion was just a minute away from hotel. Perfect location away from city life.

Location is very convenient and excellent.. just next to kanazawa train station. Hotel environment is excellent and very clean. Decor in the room is nice and bed is very comfortable. Amenities in the room are excellent and all the required kitchen utensils and cutleries are available. Recommended if travelling with family.

Property is very conveniently located next to the train/bus station. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and well maintained. Cleaning was provided daily and they did an excellent job. The breakfast was wonderful and a great way to star the day. The beds were on the hard side but that would not stop us from staying again. Overall a great value for what we paid.
