Minimum Age Restriction
A person of the minimum age requirement must be present at check-in and become a registered guest in the room. The primary guest must be at least 21 to check in to Hyatt House Washington DC / The Wharf. Identification must be shown at time of check-in.
Parking
Parking is $65 per night with in-and-out privileges. Valet parking only. Parking garage clearance: 8 feet 2 inches.
Payment
Credit card authorization forms will only be accepted up until seven days prior to arrival.
Our hotel only accepts credit or debit cards with a chip.
The hotel reserves the right to authorize one-night room plus tax up to 72 hours prior to arrival.
Pet Policy
Bring your dog along when you stay at Hyatt House Washington DC / The Wharf. For a fee of $75 for stays of 1–6 nights, we allow one dog with a weight up to 75 pounds and under to stay at our hotel. For stays of 7–30 nights, an additional $100 cleaning fee will be assessed. Please contact us at +1 202 554 1234 if you’re planning an extended stay in Washington, DC.
The National Mall, three blocks from our hotel, allows dogs on leash. Head over there to let your pup roam as you glimpse some of DC’s most iconic memorials.
