Provided us a safe place during a very trying time.
We had to evacuate our home due to the Norte fires and needed to find a hotel that allowed dogs. This was a great option. It provided us a kitchenette so we could cook our dog's meal. It was the perfect place for us to regroup and figure out our next steps. And our dog was able to settle and rest which was invaluable to us.
Spacious and comfortable stay at a newer and well kept hotel
I thouI thought the staff were really helpful and courteous. The room layout and amenities were ideal. I liked the size and newness of the rooms. Breakfast was above average for a free buffet, and the variety was decent. The location was among suburban office buildings and a bit hard to find at night. However, I didn't notice much traffic, and it's close to major motorways. The fitness room was spacious. I would stay again.
Overnight stay
Was pleasantly surprised with the room, had it's own kitchen with a fridge. The parking could have been better. Disappointed in the quality of the food, dinner. But, staff were super helpful and friendly. The facility was clean and well maintained.

Great Hotel in Irvine!
Hidden Gem! This is a wonderful hotel in the center of Irvine. Away from the Disneyland tourist crowd. The staff are professional and friendly! Breakfast was a great surprise that considers Asian culture. Very clean! Lots of parking and close to the 405 freeway.
Excellent Customer Service from Start to Finish
We had an amazing experience at Hyatt House Irvine/John Wayne Airport! The customer service was exceptional from beginning to end. Everything was seamless—from the hotel pickup and check-in to breakfast, enjoying the evening space at the bar, and checking out. They even made it easy for us to store our bags after checkout until it was time to leave for the airport, followed by a convenient airport drop-off. Every interaction with the staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. It made our stay stress-free and enjoyable. Highly recommend Hyatt House Irvine/John Wayne Airport!
Great hospitality
Amazing comfort, equipped kitchen, and delicious breakfast. I had a very nice stay combined with friendly staff. I'll be back.

Very clean hotel. Great staff. Nice area. I had to extend my trip and they accommodated me with everything I needed. Would recommend staying here.
Good Hyatt Stay
The hotel staff and accommodations were as expected. The shuttle was available when I needed it at the airport and the staff was responsive and courteous. The room was clean however I did have to wait 30 minutes after check-in before it was ready. My only complaint is that they did not have safes in the rooms for my valuables. Other than that, I would stay there again.
2nd Stay at Hyatt Houes Irvine/John Wayne for family UCI Graduation
Return stay for niece UCI graduation. Check in process went very smoothly. Rooms were large and well appointed. got to use the kitchen ammenities that came in handy. Room was clean and everything in working order. welcomed as a globalist. Hotel location is great- next to many eateries and shopping. close proximty to UCI and Costco for Fuel- Cali fuel is silly expensive. Breakfast was adequate for a hyatt hosue and convenient way to start your day. Would return and recommend to friends and family. Hyatt Regency is less then a block away. might have to try that property too.
Great location close to everything. One of our favorite place to stay when in Irvine
Great location, spacious suite with a full kitchen perfect for family. This is our 4th time staying here and it has been a favorite of ours when we are visiting our daughter at UC Irvine. Convenient location, clean rooms and beds. Complimentary breakfast, easy access to everything.

Won’t be back
Room was below Hyatt standards and staff were not accommodating with anything other than helping get silverware that was in room Last time I stayed. Did not help on in any way work with me when there was an emergency that occurred prior to trip and would not flexible at all wasted an entire nights money would do nothing regardless of notifying them before and during. Very disappointing when booked direct and tried to maintain communication. Won’t be back for a lame room uncomfortable bed not even clean overpriced room thanks but Hyatt regency is down the street and work every penny

Great stay
Very nice hotel in the heart of Irvine. Staff was great. So was the breakfast buffet and the fitness center. Would recommend this hotel if your staying in Irvine and want to be close to JWA.

Lacking standard customer service
Lacking standard customer service. Edward was rude to my wife and not accommodating to my infant son and 5yr old child. I wouldn’t want to visit again with many other options.

Solid clean and good area
Solid stay, clean rooms.. comfortable.. quiet..good breakfast and coffee... location convenient for John Wayne but also early late flight to o LAX

It is a Hyatt you would expect
Everything you would expect from a good and well maintained Hyatt property. They even have porridge for breakfast, though seasonal offering.

Great Staff
Everything clean and in good condition. The front desk check in was quick and efficient. The front desk clerk remembered my name when I came by later that night.

Location is great. This is the best dog friendly place. Very clean. Start your day with their breakfast and coffee
Great location. Very pet friendly. Very clean. Price is very good. Pool was perfect temp heated. We shot some basketball hoops in the water. We have been coming here every year since they opened. The breakfast was very good. they have a big variety. The staff is excellent and friendly. You can tell they love working there.

Nice easy stay especially for longstay
Stayed here for 2 weeks. nice, easy stay. The laundry room and morning breakfast and kitchenette make it an easy stay for a long stay. Nice spacious clean rooms.
