Dog Policy

We Are Dogs-Only Friendly.

Welcome to our dog-friendly hotel in Irvine. From spacious accommodations to local pet-friendly destinations, we are sure you and your canine companion will have an excellent stay in Southern California.

*We welcome guests with disabilities traveling with their service animals. Service animals are not pets and are not subject to this Pet Policy. For more information, please contact the hotel.

FEES:

1–6 nights: $100

7–30 nights: $100 plus an additional $100 cleaning fee

Please note, excessive damages are subject to additional fees.

WEIGHT LIMITS:

One dog: 50 lbs

Two dogs: 75 lbs, combined

All dogs must be housebroken.

Credit Card Policy

A valid credit card must be presented at the time of check-in.

The card will be authorized for room, tax and an additional $50 per night for incidentals.

DEBIT CARD USERS: There is a $50 PER NIGHT authorization placed on your card at check in to account for any incidental charges you may incur including but not limited to food & beverage charges. Funds will be held as a ‘pending charge’ and will be unavailable to you. Any unused authorization is released within 7-10 business days after check out, depending on your banking institution.

Smoking Policy

Hyatt is committed to providing a smoke-free environment. There is no smoking allowed in the public areas of the hotel or the guestrooms.

The hotel will apply a $250 + tax cleaning fee to any guestroom that violates this non-smoking policy.

We appreciate your consideration for other guests and ask that you report any smoking in the building immediately.
