  • Definitely will come back to the Redmond, WA Hyatt House

    From check in to check out, was a perfect experience. The included breakfast was excellent. All gym equipment was in pristine working order. Good food and wine selection in the restaurant/lounge. Rooms were clean, pillow selection great. Love the mini kitchen.

  • Fantastic hotel!!!

    Beautiful hotel, extremely clean and well maintained. Great breakfast included with a comfy place to enjoy it. We love the rooms with stocked kitchenette. The beds and bedding were amazing too. We have stayed there twice and staff is always wonderful!

  • Wonderful, cozy, clean and updated

    This is a great hotel for great value - the lobby is incredibly cozy and fresh, and the rooms were spotless and completely updated. Felt like they were brand new! The kitchen comes completely stocked, and they have snacks for purchase in the lobby with a full size fridge in the room. Beds were SO COMFORTABLE, really plush and soft. There's even a gorgeous nature walk behind the hotel, cannot recommend enough.

  • Great staff, older property

    At check-in I was greeted with a free room upgrade, Josh and Mey were so pleasant and accommodating. I would go back just because of the staff. This Hyatt being an older property is in need of a few upgrades and a deep cleaning. New carpet in the public hallways might be my top priority and then I would take a pressure washer to the exterior. All in all, a good stay for the price.

  • Great for business trip

    Had all I need, large room, clean, self-service laundry, close to work, many places to eat outside in a walking distance, close by super-markets and gas station, staff was friendly. The only improvement area is the breakfast, I know it is an American standard to have eggs and bacon, but adding vegetables like cucumber and tomato would make it so much better

  • Not my first time staying and won't be my last

    I've stayed at this location multiple times for business, and it's always been a good experience. The breakfast is really good! Rooms are clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. There are a lot of good restaurants in walking distance, and the parking is beneficial if you need it for your vehicle.

  • You can do better!

    Basic room that could use some attention with cleaning. The pool was a bit murky and an employee was on their phone the entire time while "cleaning" and left the doors open( allowing cold air in). Paying for parking is a joke- the parking is across the street in an apartment building garage and incredibly inconvenient. Would never stay here again; I'd rather pay an extra $20-30 for something nicer nearby.

  • Highly recommended

    I spend 10–12 weeks per year at this hotel, and it truly feels like a second home. The staff is always friendly and professional, ensuring a comfortable stay every time. The Grand breakfast buffet is excellent, offering a great selection to start the day right. With its recent renovations, the hotel is modern and up to date, reflecting how well it’s managed. A consistently great experience—highly recommended!

  • not worth it

    below average. dirty. heating is loud. soap dish hasn't been cleaned ever. shower was dirty. place needs fresh paint. bed below standards. fingernail clippings which is extremely disgusting and have no idea how the cleaning crew couldn't see that. towels were old and hard.

  • Disappointed

    They recently closed the hot tub which was a big reason we chose this spot in the past- had I looked or asked and found out there is no hot tub any longer I would have found a different location - also was not told of the $15 per day parking charge for your vehicle to be parked on site and there are no other parking options.
