Tire & Worn Out
Despite being in a new area, the Hyatt House Redmond is worn out/tired. The furniture in the rooms is beat up, the molding in the bathroom has clear water damage and there is mold/mildew on the shower pan caulking. The room wasn't fully cleaned (always gross to find someone else's hair in the bathroom when you arrive. The gym was filthy - things were coated in dust and there were dust bunnies and dirt/debris on the floor in the same place each day - it's clear it wasn't being cleaned regularly. The staff were all kind and helpful, but the facility needs investment and gym needs attention.
Usually nice but bad experience this last trip
There was blood on my pillow and towel first day of my stay. Spoke to front desk who had room cleaned that afternoon. Just not a good feeling since I used the towel before I noticed.

Outstanding value!
We loved the short walk to the Sammamish River Trail and Redmond Town Center. The "feel" of the space was welcoming and comfortable, our room was roomy and convenient with a full size refrigerator and kitchenette. It was quiet and we felt really safe!

A nice place to stay
The hotel is located near Redmond Town Center. Walking distance to bus stops and light rail station which make it much easier to go to downtown Seattle. The hotel is clean and quiet. Breakfast is great. Friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Room was large and featureful.
Room was large and featureful. Breakfast was good, and I appreciate that the dinner was open till 10pm. Overall very satisfied.

Vacation
The location was very nice. Right next to a river and walking path. It was also close to many restaurants. Breakfast was very nice.

Consistently good quality
Comfy bed, clean room, and a quality real-food breakfast each morning. No complaints! I always stay at Hyatt House in Redmond when I'm in the area for business.

Better than expected
The proximity to walking trails and cool restaurants made our stay pleasant. The complimentary breakfast every morning was delicious.

Great people, Great place, I'll be back
Great, clean, spacious rooms, some with balconies. Friendly staff. Loved the walking trail near by for a bit of air and exercise, location great for Redmond/Bellevue area.

Excellent stay!
The hotel was very welcoming and the decor was excellent. The staff were so kind when we checked in very late at night. We stayed in a king suite with a pull out sofa and kitchen area. The space was perfect for three adults. The bed was comfortable and the amenities were great. We enjoyed having the kitchen area, although we didn't use it too much. The breakfast was amazing and varied in items each day. There were hot items, baked goods, fruit, bagels/toast, etc. There is a parking fee of $15 per day. We would definitely stay here again.

Hyatt Redmond Stays
I've stayed at this hotel many times and I have found it to be clean, the staff to be helpful and the food to be good. The location is great in Redmond and access to the freeway is easy. It's why I stay here 20+ times a year.

Amazing location and property
The room was clean the staff was friendly, and the location was great to food/stores/trails. I will stay again in the future.

A perfect stay
We stayed at the Redmond, WA Hyatt House. Great location. Very quiet. We had a studio king suite with kitchen. The room had a nice sofa, desk, kitchen with full sized Refrigerator. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. They walk in shower was great! The only criticism was the lighting was a bit dim. Plenty of lamps they just didn't seem to have very bright bulbs.

Great breakfast!
The Hyatt Place was a nice hotel for our family vacation near friends in Redmond. It was close to Redmond Town Centre, but there is a closer hotel. It was pretty difficult to find once you got near the hotel. You hvd to turn left on a little side road, and there is no signage at the start of the turn. The "on-site' parking is a parking garage below the apartment building across a narrow street. It was difficult to find a convenient spot when we arrived at 9 p.m., but it was easier to find a good spot earlier in later days. The rooms were a bit more dated than I expected, but they were clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The lighting in the bathroom is poor/very dim. The breakfast was excellent! The best hotel breakfast I've ever had!

Exceeded expectations, excellent breakfast.
New facility that was very clean and attractive. The morning breakfast exceeded our expectations and was superior to competitors' offerings. Will stay here again when visiting the area.

Definitely will come back to the Redmond, WA Hyatt House
From check in to check out, was a perfect experience. The included breakfast was excellent. All gym equipment was in pristine working order. Good food and wine selection in the restaurant/lounge. Rooms were clean, pillow selection great. Love the mini kitchen.

Fantastic hotel!!!
Beautiful hotel, extremely clean and well maintained. Great breakfast included with a comfy place to enjoy it. We love the rooms with stocked kitchenette. The beds and bedding were amazing too. We have stayed there twice and staff is always wonderful!

Wonderful, cozy, clean and updated
This is a great hotel for great value - the lobby is incredibly cozy and fresh, and the rooms were spotless and completely updated. Felt like they were brand new! The kitchen comes completely stocked, and they have snacks for purchase in the lobby with a full size fridge in the room. Beds were SO COMFORTABLE, really plush and soft. There's even a gorgeous nature walk behind the hotel, cannot recommend enough.

Great staff, older property
At check-in I was greeted with a free room upgrade, Josh and Mey were so pleasant and accommodating. I would go back just because of the staff. This Hyatt being an older property is in need of a few upgrades and a deep cleaning. New carpet in the public hallways might be my top priority and then I would take a pressure washer to the exterior. All in all, a good stay for the price.
