Location is fantastic for visiting the Space Needle. It is a very short walk to the mono-rail which travels right downtown. The hotel was exceptionally clean, well supplied with linens, dishes, silverware, etc. Staff is very friendly, and the included breakfast in the morning is a great way to start the day.

Stayed at Hyatt House to see Rush at the Climate Pledge. The front desk folks and housekeeping are so friendly. Our room was perfectly clean and the breakfast was tasty, lots of people though…apparently we all went at the same time 😊. Can’t wait for our next stay to see the Kraken!

Location was perfect for attending a show at Climate Pledge Arena. Room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Staff were fabulous. This is my second stay at this hotel; I'll be back!

Great hotel with a fantastic staff and the view from the 8th floor terrace was incredible. Hyatt House Seattle/Downtown is located in a perfect spot close to everything you could want to experience. Walking around is convenient and the Monorail is a quick few minutes walk from the hotel. The rooms were larger than expected and had everything we needed for our stay. The hotel is especially convenient for all the major sights you think of when visiting Seattle and perfect if you’re taking a cruise out of here. We were staying the night prior to our trip to Japan and it was perfect for us. We would stay here again and again and have already told our family how perfect the hotel is for their needs if they ever visit Seattle. Thank you to the hotel for providing such a fantastic experience!

Hyatt Home was the perfect place for the five of us to stay. The small apartment style room was able to accommodate us comfortably and meet all of our needs. As well, we walked out the front door, and the Space Needle was directly across the street. It was a great location to start our sightseeing with ease. The only drawback was the $45 per night parking expense.

Excellent location for easily being able to access tourist spots. Breakfast was plentiful with fresh and good quality food. Beds comfortable and rooms very quiet. Clean place. Perfect choice for a visit.

Hotel was in a nice location. Different Cruise ships every night we were there were a little disturbing - wish I knew this - I would have stayed at another hotel. Rooms were clean - only 2 elevators for the whole hotel caused long waits, especially in the mornings.

This spot is perfect for a quick trip to Seattle, especially if you're catching a cruise. It's close to iconic sights like the Space Needle, MoPOP, and Pike Place Market. The monorail is also nearby, making it easy to get downtown and reach Westlake Center. Our room was well-kept, aside from a small towel we forgot under the sink—which wasn't a big deal for us since we didn’t notice it at first. We also enjoyed stunning views because we opted for the room facing the Space Needle. While the price isn’t the cheapest compared to other Hyatt locations downtown, the location and convenience—especially if you have a small kid—make it worth it. The area was surprisingly quiet, and the hotel staff responded quickly to any issues. As for amenities, there’s no pool (which doesn’t matter much since we were out exploring most of the time), but they do have a cozy fire pit on the deck, which is also very peaceful. Also, they offer shuttle schedule for people who wanted to be drop-off to the cruise port. Another good value, is their complimentary breakfast.

Great location, fantastic customer service, clean room, awesome shuttle service to Pier 91 for our Alaskan Cruise (Princess), breakfast was delicious!

Super easy to get around and the rooms were very nice! Beds were comfortable and couldn't beat the Space Needle view; loved the kitchenettes and the ability to use the rooftop for hang time. Super clean and breakfast was lovely. A real value honestly!

All I can say is this: the reviews of this hotel are spot-on! It’s in a great location, the rooms are good sized, water pressure is excellent, the area is clean and very walkable! Breakfast was honestly amazing! I never eat the hotel eggs and decided to give theirs a try. Super good! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this hotel again. Only downfall, and this is 100% not the fault of the hotel, there was a lot of motorcycles doing burnouts and just making a ton of noise after 10 pm. Otherwise, a very quiet location!

We stayed in room 801 which had a nice view of the space needle. the room was clean and had a kitchen area, which include included a mini fridge, stove, and small sink. Kitchen utensils, including plates were available. daily housekeeping is not available, but you just have to call before 10 AM to request cleaning service services. it’s a 15 to 20 minute drive from pikes Place so you’re a bit away from the “main” attractions but I would highly recommend this location because it’s close to the monorail, Chiluly glass museum, space needle, etc. they also offer complementary breakfast, which was nice.

Very clean and perfect location. Easy check-in and staff was very pleasant. Great stay. Kept our bags for us so we could explore before check in time.

This hotel is in walking distance to the Space Needle, Pop culture museum and many restaurants. The rooms also come with a refrigerator, stove top, utensils (plates, silverware, cooking pans), and a sink. Excellent if going out to eat all the time isn't in your plans.

Excellent experience. Great for family, amazing location! Good staff, good breakfast, all what we needed! We could get any-where from the hotel, we got good and heartfull advice. The roof top was amazing, the breakfast was healthy with vegetables and fruit, besides all the rest.

The location was excellent with quick access to Seattle Center and lots of food options. That was probably the best continental breakfast I’ve had at a hotel in a long time. The H Bar was very good too. Housekeeping did a great job when requested and the front desk staff were kind and helpful. I highly recommend pairing at Hyatt Place for half the price and walking a few min over. Unfortunately, one of the elevators was out the entire stay (5 nights). Also, we paid $400/night but a couple months from now the cost is $165/night. That is absurd.

This hotel was exactly what we were looking for. A view of the space needle from our window. The area felt safe and clean. The hotel itself was clean. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The free drink upon check in was appreciated. The breakfast was better quality than expected. We loved how we could walk to the monorail to go further into Seattle and back. We ended up parking the car and not needing it the entire time we were there.
