Pet Policy
Hyatt House Seattle/Downtown is a pet-friendly extended stay hotel in downtown.
Fees:
For stays of 1 to 6 nights, the fee is $100, regardless of the duration ($100 total).
For stays exceeding 6 nights, there is an additional deep cleaning fee of $100 ($200 total).
For stays exceeding 30 nights, please contact the hotel.
Weight:
A maximum of two dogs weighing up to 50 pounds each or 75 pounds combined per room are permitted. All pets must be housebroken.
Incidental Policy
Our hotel authorizes $50 per night for incidentals.
Check-In Policy
Hyatt House Seattle/Downtown strives to provide our guests with a safe and comfortable stay at our hotel. In order to maintain a pleasant environment for all guests, we have implemented the following age check-in policy:
- All guests must be at least 21 years of age or older to check-in to our hotel.
- Guests will be required to present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.
- The name on the ID must match the name on the reservation.
- Any guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who will be responsible for their behavior and any damages incurred during their stay.
- We reserve the right to refuse check-in to any guests who do not meet the minimum age requirement or who fail to provide a valid ID.
- Check-in is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am.

Cruise Ship Guest Policy
Does the Hotel offer a shuttle from Sea-Tac Airport (SEA)?
No, the Hotel does not provide a shuttle from Sea-Tac Airport (approximately 30 minutes by car). The hotel is happy to recommend transportation options, including public transportation. Taxi/Shared Car Services are available as well. Please reach out to the Front Desk host for more information.
How can I take public transportation from Sea-Tac Airport to the Hotel?
Public transportation is the top recommendation for getting to the Hotel from Sea-Tac Airport with approximate cost at $7 one-way for each adult. The journey takes about 50-minutes and takes 2 steps which are the following:
1) Take Link Light Rail northbound from SeaTac Airport to Westlake Station
2) Take the Seattle Monorail from Westlake Station to Seattle Center. The monorail is located at the top floor of Westlake Center, follow signs for elevators. Once departing the Monorail, the Hotel is a 4 min walk from the station.
Is there a shuttle from the Hotel to the cruise terminal?
Yes, we partner with a 3rd party transportation company to take guests from the Hotel to the pier. The price is $12 per person for the 2025 season and includes all luggage transfers. Shuttles run to both Pier 66 and Pier 91 at the top of every hour from 9am - 2pm. Reservations can be made with the Front Desk host upon arrival to hotel. I'm arriving early.
Can the hotel store my luggage?
Yes, Front Desk host will be happy to store luggage complimentary for all Hotel guests.
Can I check in early?
Guests are welcome to speak with a Front Desk host to accommodate early arrival requests. Early check-in depends on room availability basis. There will be an early arrival fee of $25 for all reservations checking in prior to 2pm. Standard check-in is at 4pm.
What are the parking options at the Hotel?
Onsite, self-parking is available with in/out privileges at $45+tax per day. Self-parking is first come first served. There is also a $20 offsite parking option (Hyatt Place Seattle/Downtown 110 6th Ave N.)
