We kindly inform our guests that our property does not have an elevator. All guest rooms are accessible only by stairs.If you require a ground-floor room or assistance with luggage, please let us know so we can ensure a comfortable arrival. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you.

Fees

For stays of 1 to 6 nights, the fee is $100, regardless of the duration ($100 total).

For stays exceeding 6 nights, there is an additional deep cleaning fee of $100 ($200 total).

For stays exceeding 30 nights, please contact the hotel.

To ensure maximum comfort for all our guests, following the departure of a guest and their dog after a 7–30-night stay, there are certain steps that we must take to ensure the suite is left clean and free from possible allergens. We deep clean carpets, drapes, bedspreads and other linens. We also fumigate the suite. The cost of performing this extra cleaning is approximately $100. For this reason, we add a nonrefundable cleaning charge to the account when a guest checks in for 7–30 nights with a dog.

Weight Limits and Restrictions

The Hyatt House brand limits pets to two (2) dogs per room, weighing less than 50 pounds each. All dogs must be housebroken. We reserve the right to refuse dogs that do not meet customary standards for household dogs, based on species, odor or aggressiveness. Your dog must be confined in a carrier if left unattended during the cleaning of your room; you can also plan to be present when your room is serviced. Dogs are not allowed in public areas, food service areas or at the pool. We suggest guests with dogs use side or back entrances. Dogs must be on leashes when in public areas.

The minimum age to reserve a guest room is 21 years old. A person meeting the minimum age requirement must be present at check-in, present a valid ID, and become a registered guest in the room.

Please note that this hotel only accepts credit cards, debit cards and, where applicable, other contactless forms of payment. It is a cash-free environment.

Packages need to be sent no more than 72 hours prior to arrival date and must include the guest's name. Extended storage fee (7 or more days) $5/day.

A valid credit or debit card must be presented at the time of check-in. The card will be authorized for room and tax, as well as an additional $100 per night for incidentals.

DEBIT CARD USERS: Funds will be held as a “pending charge” and therefore will be unavailable to you. Any unused authorization is released within seven to 10 business days after check-out. Depending on your banking institution, this hold can take up to 30 days to release. We recommend using a credit card at check-in and, to settle your balance, use your debit card at check-out.

Hyatt is committed to providing a smoke-free environment (including vaping). Any room found to have been smoked in is subject to a smoking fee of no less than $250 plus tax. We appreciate your consideration for other guests and ask that you report any smoking in the building immediately.
