Pet Policy

The Hyatt House brand, limits pets to two (2) household dogs with a combined weight not to exceed 75 pounds. Dogs must be housebroken. We reserve the right to refuse dogs that do not meet customary standards for household dogs, based on species, odor, or aggressiveness.

Your pet must be confined in a carrier if left unattended during the cleaning of your room or you can make arrangements to be present when your room is serviced. It is mandatory that all guest rooms with pets are serviced by a hotel team member at a minimum every three (3) days. 

Pets are not allowed in the public areas, food service areas and pool. We suggest guest use side or back entrances, and dogs must be on leashes when outside of the room.

FEES:

1-6 nights: the fee is $100, whether a 1 night or 6 nights stay.

7-30 nights: the fee is $100 plus an additional deep cleaning fee of $100. 

30+ nights: fee is based on hotel’s discretion.

WEIGHT LIMITS:

One dog: 50 lbs

Two dogs: 75 lbs combined

Hold/Deposit Required On Credit Card

Must have a valid credit card at the time of check-in. Hotel requires a $250 deposit/hold for incidentals. This deposit is refundable based on usage of incidentals during your stay.

Laundry on-site

Self service laundry 24/7. Card needed as hotel is cashless. Laundry products are available for purchase.

Room Availability

Please Note: This hotel has no elevators. Climbing of stairs is required to access upper floors. There are ADA-approved accommodations, based on availability, on the first floor.
