It is an extended-stay, all-suite, 3-level walk-up hotel with all exterior entrances including kitchen facilities. We have many rooms that require stairs to access. We have no elevators. First floor rooms are very limited.
Yes. Suites with kitchens and sofa beds make it suitable for families.
Yes, the hotel is a cash-free environment and only accepts credit cards, debit cards, and other forms of contactless forms of payment. A valid credit card is required at check-in.
Yes, but full housekeeping services are not provided daily. Full housekeeping schedules can be found in your guest room.

Yes. We limit pets to (2) household dogs with a combined weight not to exceed 75 pounds. Maximum of 50 pounds for 1 dog. 1-6 nights: the fee is $100. 7-30 nights: the fee is $100 plus and additional deep-cleaning fee of $100. 30+ nights: fees are at hotel’s discretion.

Yes, accessible rooms and routes are offered.
We have limited handicap-accessible rooms. First floor rooms are NOT guaranteed at the time a reservation is made. They are based upon availability at check-in. We are a walk-up property with no elevators.
Booking & Policies
You must be 21 years of age and have a valid credit card. There is a $250 deposit required for each reservation, and we do not accept any cash.
Check-in is typically mid-afternoon; check-out is around noon.
Yes, service animals are welcome.
