Pet Policy
Our pet-friendly hotel welcomes dogs, making extended stays here feel like home. Dogs must remain on a leash in public areas and may not be left unattended in guest rooms. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed per room. For stays of 30+ nights please contact the hotel for pet fee details.
FEES:
1–6 nights: $100/stay
7–30 nights: $100/stay plus $100 additional cleaning fee
Incidental Policy
A valid credit card must be presented at the time of check-in. The card will be authorized for room, tax and an additional $150 per stay for incidentals.
Debit card users: A $150 per stay authorization will be placed on your card at check-in to account for any incidental charges you may incur, including but not limited to food and beverage charges. Funds will be held as a pending charge and will be unavailable to you. Any unused authorization is released within 7 to 10 business days after checkout, depending on your banking institution.
Smoking Policy
Hyatt is committed to providing a smoke-free environment (including vaping) and any room found to have been smoked in is subject to a smoking fee of no less than $250 plus tax. We appreciate your consideration for other guests and ask that you report any smoking in the building immediately.
Quiet Hours Policy
Excessive noise, parties, disruptive behavior or gatherings that disturb other guests are prohibited, particularly during quiet hours of 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. The hotel reserves the right to take corrective action, including the removal of guests, cancellation of event privileges or termination of a group’s stay without refund for repeated or serious violations.
Minimum Age Policy
The minimum age to check into Hyatt House Ontario Airport is 21.
