Great stay for those who like to cook
Clean room, excellent staff. Breakfast was hot and served with a good variety. Having the kitchen in the room was the best as it gave me the flexibility for veg food options. Apna grocery market being right across the street was another plus and convenience.

Bad management
Stayed for over a month, ac barley works and I'm sweating at night, half the Landry machines don't work, managment charged me with a smoking fee cuz I had quote contraband in the room, which was my sealed jar of recreational Marijuana and said my room smelled like cigarettes which I dont smoke, complained to mangment and she gave me attitude like I was in the wrong saying they found cigarette buds outside my room, what goes on outside my room is not my problem and Marijuana is different from cigarettes, she refused to offer a solution and said they would ask the person who wrote it and contact me back, I still have not recived a call and have not been refunded for this stupidity, would not recommend to anyone your better at a motel, at least then youd have ac

Dear Alexander, Thank you for sharing your concerns. It sounds incredibly frustrating to experience issues with the air conditioning and laundry facilities. Also, the situation with the smoking fee must be quite distressing. I apologize for the inconvenience caused by the misunderstandings regarding your stay. The management team should address these matters more effectively, and I understand your disappointment. Please be assured that we are reviewing the circumstances internally to prevent similar occurrences in the future. Sincerely, Angel Garcia General Manager
Great place for family with room.
We chose a 2 bedroom suite with a kitchen. Our kids are older now, and it was nice for them to have their own beds to sleep in, and a king bed for the parents to sleep in. Kitchen was in working order, clean, and comfortable.

Great accommodations!
The hotel was very clean and the pool area was great! The complimentary breakfast was super. No elevator so that should be considered. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Worst Hotel Experience – Hyatt House Pleasanton, CA
We had a six-hour power outage on our first night with no communication or assistance from staff. Calls to the hotel wouldn’t go through, and corporate could not reach the front desk. The next day, our request for housekeeping and towels went unanswered until late afternoon. We also found a dead cockroach and had multiple bug bites, raising serious cleanliness concerns. Poor communication, lack of basic service, and pest issues made this the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. I will not be returning.

Dear Annie M., Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I want to sincerely apologize that your stay did not meet expectations and for the stress and inconvenience this caused you and your family. As we discussed during our phone conversation, the power outage was unplanned, citywide event impacting over 5,000 PG&E customers. While it was outside of our control, I understand how unsettling it was, especially with your loved ones at the hotel and communication being so limited. I was aware of the outage immediately and in contact with PG&E throughout the evening to get service restored as quickly as possible. Our team’s priority was to ensure the safety and security of all guests during this time, but I regret that our support and responsiveness did not fully meet your needs. I also take your concerns about housekeeping and pests very seriously. The rooms in question are being inspected today by our licensed pest control company, and we will respond directly to you with the results as soon as they are available. Your feedback is important to me, and I appreciate you bringing these matters to my attention. We are reviewing our procedures to strengthen communication and service delivery, especially during unexpected situations like this.
How can Hyatt Property not have any elevators?
There were no elevators at the Hyatt House Pleasanton which we would of never booked had we realized. My husband has had multiple knee surgeries and a bad back. To make matters worse the hotel was completely booked so we could not move to two separate rooms on the first floor. It seems absolutely ridiculous that you would call this property a hotel more like a motel with no elevators. We initially, we're booked for the third floor, and once we realized again that there were no elevators. We quickly contacted the front desk who tried to help us, but had nowhere else to put us due to the property being full. They were able to put us in a two bedroom on the second floor, which was helpful and they did seem to feel for our situation.

Great location for Tommy T's and outlet shopping!
Great location for Tommy T's and outlet shopping! If you are a comedy show fan, Tommy T's is a great location for intimate settings of comedy. This hotel is located very close to the comedy shop, less than 2miles. Clean and large rooms. The doors open to the outside so be aware of this but it is pet friendly.

5 stars
Best hotel in the Bay and best Hyatt as well that ive been to, and the staff and management is FANTASTIC! Always clean, safe, love the layout of the hotel as it feels like an apartment instead of a hotel. 5 stars! My service dog loves the staff too, especially Monique lol I'm disabled and the rooms are great, especially if you cant really get out much and have severe health and pain issues, as the front door of the hotel rooms open to grass where your dog can go potty. The management and staff always is accommodating for my needs. This is the only hotel I will stay at in the entire Bay area.

Very nice for a simple overnight stay.
Everything was fine from check-in to breakfast and departure. Staff were courteous. Big suite rooms were very reasonably priced. Ample parking, nice pool and facilities, clean and quiet. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.
