Quiet hours are 9 p.m.–7 a.m. daily
Registered Guest must be 18 and over:
- All guests must be registered
- No additional guests may be added after check-in
Pet Policy
Our pet-friendly hotel welcomes dogs during your visit to Emeryville, California.
*We welcome Emeryville guests with disabilities traveling with their service animals. The pet-friendly hotel policies outlined here don’t apply to service animals, as they are not considered pets. For more information, please contact the hotel.
Fees:
1 - 6 nights, the fee is $100 plus tax per stay.
7 - 30 nights, the fee is $200 plus tax per stay.
31+ nights, charge is at hotel's discretion per Hyatt's instructions. Our charge will be $200 plus tax for the 1st month and then an additional $100 plus tax for each additional month.
Weight Limits
One dog: 50 lbs
Two dogs: 75 lbs combine
$200 Security Deposit
Funds will be released at the time of checkout. It may take up to 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank.
Zero Tolerance Parties
Noise disturbances to other guests will result in:
- $250 deep-cleaning fee added to your bill.
- Payment for your room will not be refunded.
Speakers are not allowed in hotel rooms
No Smoking
Smoking in guest rooms, on balconies and in any other area of the hotel will result in:
- $250 deep-cleaning fee will be added to your bill.
- No smoking of any substance; no vape pens.
- Designated smoking areas are located 25 feet from hotel entrances
Occupancy
King Room: Two guests maximum, including children
King Suite: Four guests maximum, including children
2 Queen Bed Suite: Six guests maximum, including children
Violating any policies will result in eviction from the hotel without a refund.
