The location to the French Quarter from some might be a long walk but it wasn't bad at all. The hotel itself was clean and friendly from the moment we walked in. The skybridge to the other Hyatt where our conference was being held was super helpful. THE ROOM...great view especially at night. The room was spacious, clean and great for our 5 day stay. We stayed in the King Studio. It has a mini kitchen with all the equipment to cook if needed.

Breakfast at this location is awesome! Lobby and breakfast area are on the 11th floor overlooking the city, floor is very welcoming and inviting

Fabulous location near the Superdome. Perfect for small families looking for a clean, reliable place to crash after a day out and about. The suite is large, clean and filled with amenities that make it like yours for as long as you stay.

I was in New Orleans for business and knew there were other conventions at the Hyatt Regency so it would be busy. I decided to stay at the Hyatt House which is connected to the Hyatt Regency. It was less crowded and you can get room service from the restaurants at the Regency. You can self park or valet. The fitness center only has 2 treadmills, a bike and free weights. The rooms were spacious and walking distance to restaurants. I enjoyed my stay.

My overall experience was great. The staff was strong in customer service skills and presentation. The room and amenities were great. *1 problem,... Entry access from street level double sliding doors. *Alternate routes of access... 1. Parking garage access route was fine. 2. Potentially through the Hyatt Regency entrance which bridges over to the Hyatt House area. 3. Or if youre lucky and a guest is exiting the street level access point. My only point of request is to replace the doorbell/camera assembly/"PUSH BUTTON" ON THE FRONT STREET LEVEL double door entrance. Number one issue was that upon GPS arrival off hours, approximately 1am-2am I was unsure of where to enter to reach the lobby, u til further investigation. Even after pressing the faulty, malfunctioning intermittent response of the button to alarm te 11th floor lobby attendants several times for several minutes without response, without success. Not to the fault of night shift staff. This was clearly a mechanical, property maintenance = FAILURE not addressed at such a great facility. Upon pressing the button, many different ways, non responsive, stranded at the double glass sliding doors until, luckily a guest happened to be exiting that area. Allowing me to interact and ask about reaching the Main Lobby, reception desk on 11th flr. They did explain to me that the doorbell/camera call up = BUTTON has been a failure, and requires a very hard press and hold or multiple hard presses in efforts to trigger te doorbell for front desk staff to verify a customer or guest on camera to allow access thru the door remotely. Everything else was great and immaculate. Please invest and correct the simple door entry mechanism on the street level double sliding door entry point. Other wise, everything else resulted in a good stay. Thank you.

We had a great time with our two young kids here. We stayed in the one bedroom suite. It was great as our kids had fun sleeping on the pull out couch and we got the whole bedroom! The kitchen was so nice to eat some of our meals in and the view from the top floor was stunning. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming during our stay.we had fun with the different choices at breakfast every day. We enjoyed the cabanas at the pool when we went swimming. The location is great, as we used the public transport system and it is right on a major intersection with many bus & streetcar stops right there. We also were able to walk down to the French quarter. There are a few restaurants near by which were convenient. I would 1000% stay here again, especially with kids! It was so great.

Great location, very clean, incredible staff. They have a really nice breakfast included with your stay. Made to order omelettes, fresh fruit, wide variety of breakfast options.

A wonderful stay! The blackout curtains were wonderful and the hotel was amazing. They checked me in early and communicated through text wonderfully!

Great location. We walked there in less than 10 minutes after arriving by train. The rooms were huge and view from our room was beautiful. Everything was clean and fresh. Breakfast was a full hot breakfast and completely unexpected. Hotel staff were very nice! I’d probably go back and stay here from now on!

I visited New Orleans for a concert and I decided to try the Hyatt house for our stay. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable and I very much enjoyed our stay.

The location is excellent right downtown next to superdome. The view from the room was excellent. The room was very accommodating with a kitchen nicely setup with everything you need to prepare and serve food. There was a living space with a couch that can fold out if needed. A very large and nice shower. The price I paid was a great deal but I think it was just lucky when I happened to stay there.

I love the Hyatt House in NOLA! The staff is very helpful and polite, the breakfast crew and the breakfast is great! Shout out to Elie K and her fantastic customer service! It would be nice if the parking fees weren't so high, but that will not stop me from returning.

Great location with rapid access to transportation, restaurants and entertainment. Close to everything in a quiet zone in the Financial District.

The front desk staff particularly Ellie gave us a seamless experience from the check-in process and through out our 4-night stay. The room I stayed was nice and had a city view. Location was great. I felt relaxed and was able to attend my seminar easily since the hotel was connected to the event venue through a sky bridge. Highly recommended.

Worked great for Xgames, and i recommend to others who are visiting. Be sure to shop at the store first because limited convenience store options nearby

Great location for Essence Fest. Five-minute walk to the Superdome. Hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating.

The customer service is excellent at the desk and valet. The staff was very attentive and used our names throughout the trip. This was very impressive to me and my family.

Hotel room was great spacious, and the bathroom was clean and spacious also the room had an excellent view… The entire staff was friendly and helpful.. The breakfast had a nice variety and it was great

Great location in NOLA, felt like home. Hotel was quiet, clean, and customer service was great. WiFi was excellent. Stayed 2 nights, wish I could have stayed longer
