Hotel Policies

Package Handling & Storage Fees

A package handling fee of $5 per package will apply. Once your package arrives at the hotel, we can store it for up to 48 hours without an additional charge. Packages not picked up within 48 hours of delivery will incur an additional daily fee of $5. Packages not picked up within seven days of delivery will incur a daily fee of $10. After 30 days the hotel reserves the right to discard unclaimed items.

Smoking

Hyatt is committed to providing a smoke-free environment, including vaping. Any room found to have been smoked in is subject to a smoking fee of no less than $250 + tax. We appreciate your consideration for other guests and ask that you report any smoking in the building immediately.

Pet Policy

Settle into the best pet-friendly hotel in Los Angeles near Dodger Stadium, where dogs are welcome. Store tasty bones in the compact refrigerator and snuggle up on the sofa.

Two dogs may not exceed 75 pounds combined, or 50 pounds individually.

Fees:

  • For guests staying one to six nights, a $100 nonrefundable pet fee will be administered, regardless of duration.
  • Guests staying seven nights or more will be administered an additional $100 deep cleaning fee. ($200 total).
  • For stays exceeding 30 nights, there is an additional $100 fee. ($300 total)

 

Incidental Policy

A valid credit or debit card must be presented at the time of check-in. The card will be authorized for room and tax, as well as an additional $50 per night for incidentals. DEBIT CARD USERS: Funds will be held as a “pending charge” and therefore will be unavailable to you. Any unused authorization is released within seven to 10 business days after check-out.Depending on your banking institution, this hold can take up to 30 days to release. We recommend using a credit card at check-in and, to settle your balance, use your debit card at check-out.
