Hotel Policies

Pet Policy:

Our pet-friendly hotel near Manhattan Beach welcomes dogs up to 50 pounds, with a maximum of two dogs per room. 

$100 for 1–6 nights, with an additional $100 for stays of 7+ nights.

Incidentals Policy

A valid credit or debit card must be presented at the time of check-in. The card will be authorized for room, tax and an additional $250 per stay for incidentals.

DEBIT CARD USERS: Funds will be held as a pending charge and will be unavailable to you. Any unused authorization is released within 7–10 business days after checkout. Depending on your banking institution this hold can take up to 30 days to release. We recommend you use a credit card at check-in, and then use your debit card at the time of checkout to settle your balance.

Smoking Policy

Hyatt is committed to providing a smoke-free environment, including vaping, and any room found to have been smoked in is subject to a smoking fee of no less than $250 plus tax. We appreciate your consideration for other guests and ask that you report any smoking in the building immediately.

Minimum Age Policy

The minimum age to reserve a guest room is 21 years old. A person meeting the minimum age requirement must be present at check-in, present a valid ID, and become a registered guest in the room.

Hotel Quiet Hours

To ensure a restful and enjoyable stay for all our guests, Hyatt House LAX/ Manhattan Beach observes quiet hours daily from 10 PM to 7 AM.

During this time, we kindly request the following:

  • Refrain from loud conversations, music, or television in guest rooms and public areas.
  • Avoid congregating in hallways or near guest room doors.
  • We encourage guests to supervise children and ensure pets are calm and quiet during these hours.

Guests who experience noise disturbances are encouraged to contact the front desk. Non-compliance may result in a courtesy call, and persistent issues could lead to further action per hotel policies.
