Smoking Violation Policy

This is a no-smoking hotel. There will be a $250 fee charged to anyone who violates this policy.

Pet Policy

Our pet-friendly hotel near Fort Lauderdale Airport makes it easy for you to travel with your canine companion. We welcome a maximum of two dogs per room. The pet fee is nonrefundable and encompasses two dogs. Pets exceeding restrictions are at the hotel’s discretion.

Nonrefundable Pet Fee:

1–6 nights $100/stay

7–30 nights $200/stay includes nonrefundable cleaning fee

For stays exceeding 30 nights, please contact hotel.

Damage Fee: Will be based on the type of damage; please, speak to one of the hotel managers for assistance.

Weight Limits:

One dog: 50 lbs

Two dogs: 75 lbs

Package Fee Policy

We are able to hold packages delivered to the hotel. The following fees would be added to your bill:
1–5 lbs: $5 per package
5–15 lbs: $10 per package
15–25 lbs: $15 per package
25+ lbs: $20 per package

Minimum Age Policy

Guests must be 21 years of age to check-in. A person of the minimum age requirement must be present at check-in and become a registered guest in the room. Primary Guest must be at least 21 years old to check in to the Hyatt Place Fort Lauderdale Airport & Cruise Port. ID must be shown at the time of check-in.

Credit Card Authorizations

All credit card authorizations will only be accepted at minimum five (5) days prior to arrival for room and tax, including those e-processed through Sertifi. A credit card with matching valid ID is required at check-in for incidentals. For third-party payments when the credit card won’t be physically present at the time of check-in, please contact the hotel directly.

Incidental Policy

Hyatt House Fort Lauderdale Airport - South & Cruise Port requires a $100 minimum incidental hold. A valid credit card with a chip must be provided at check-in with matching ID.
