Pet Policy

Bring your four-legged friends to Hyatt House Dallas/Frisco, one of the top pet friendly hotels in Frisco, Texas. Two housebroken dogs per room are welcome, with weight limits of 50 lbs each and 75 lbs combined. Our clean, smoke-free suites feature space-conscious furniture, appliances, in-room coffee makers, and minifridges for treats, ensuring comfort for both pets and owners. When it’s time to stretch their legs, nearby dog parks just minutes north of Dallas provide the perfect place for fun and exercise.

A Simple Policy for Pet Owners

For guests staying up to six nights, a $75 nonrefundable pet fee will be administered. For guests staying seven to 30 nights, a $75 nonrefundable pet fee, plus a $100 cleaning fee will be administered. Guests staying more than 30 nights should contact us. Fees are inclusive of taxes.

All pets must be housebroken.

Firearms Policy

PURSUANT TO SECTION 30.06, PENAL CODE (TRESPASS BY LICENSE HOLDER WITH A CONCEALED HANDGUN), A PERSON LICENSED UNDER SUBCHAPTER H, CHAPTER 411, GOVERNMENT CODE (HANDGUN LICENSING LAW), MAY NOT ENTER THIS PROPERTY WITH A CONCEALED HANDGUN.

PURSUANT TO SECTION 30.07, PENAL CODE (TRESPASS BY LICENSE HOLDER WITH AN OPENLY CARRIED HANDGUN), A PERSON LICENSED UNDER SUBCHAPTER H, CHAPTER 411, GOVERNMENT CODE (HANDGUN LICENSING LAW), MAY NOT ENTER THIS PROPERTY WITH A HANDGUN THAT IS CARRIED OPENLY.
