The hotel holds an additional authorization at check-in in case of incidentals of $100 per night.

Hyatt House Dallas Addison is a dog-friendly hotel. All dogs must be housebroken.Fees:For guests staying 1–6 nights, a $100 nonrefundable pet fee will be administered per stay.For guests staying 7–30 nights, a $200 nonrefundable pet fee (including cleaning fee) per stay will be administered.For guests stay 30 nights or more, please contact the hotel.The fee(s) will be inclusive of taxes.Weight limits:A maximum of two dogs per room are permitted. Only dogs weighing 50 pounds and under are permitted; two dogs may be allowed in a room, provided the combined weight of both dogs does not exceed 75 pounds. The pet fee encompasses this, and dogs exceeding it are at the hotel’s discretion. Only dogs, no other pets, are permitted on this property.
