We have stayed in Hyatt Houses before, and we loved them. We were looking forward to a clean, comfortable experience. But this particular Hyatt House feels like a dirty, flimsy hotel that they bought and slapped the Hyatt House name onto. The carpets and seats in common areas were stained, worn down, and uneven. The hallway carpet looked like it had multiple animal urine spots. Our room had clearly been cleaned, but the cleaning couldn't overcome the carpet stains, furniture stains, dirty grout, water damage repair, and very old furniture. The bed was saggy and the pillows were not supportive. It was nothing like our typical Hyatt experience. Until they do a refresh, we recommend looking elsewhere.

Very dated hotel that is not being maintained. We have been guests at this property for the past 10 years and nothing has been done to update the property, lounge area or guest rooms. Property appears to be not maintained at all. Pool area was disappointing as well and finally the A/C in the first-floor lounge area appeared to be not working as guests were propping exterior perimeter doors open with chairs to get cool air flow going in the area.

Friendly staff. Quick check-in process. Quiet night. From the time I booked the room until the time i was in the room, it took about an hour. It was truly a last-minute process that they made easy and painless. I slept well and deeply.

Sadly this hotel has taken a beating. As a globalist, my expectations are high but this hotel really needs a makeover. Furniture was dirty and worn - honestly couldn't tell if it was mold or just so dirty. Carpet has spots cut out and pretty rough all around.

Dirty with both rooms with water damage throughout GM admitted this room should not have been in circulation. But they gave it to us? Two days later he finally got back to us and said we could move. We were settled by them. 15+ year old TVs. No wall furnishings. This hotel being remodeled in fall of 2026 so they are letting everything go. Disgusting.

Check in was a mess. We went to our assigned room and there was already someone in the room. Luckily everyone was decent. After some confusion, we moved to a new room which was okay. The location is close to the interstate, but there is construction surrounding the hotel so it is not a pretty area to stay. The breakfast was free and typical. Make sure to ask if you’re getting yourself regular or decaf because the decanter was mislabeled. I was pretty disappointed in this Hyatt Property. I have always had good luck in the past, but I would not stay at this location again.

The location was very convenient and just off of high way. The breakfast was great and the front desk team were very helpful and welcoming.

Very nice room. Everything was very clean. So nice to have full sized refrigerator and dishes/utensils. Bed was very comfortable. The only thing I would suggest improving is the couch in the sitting area. It was not very comfortable. You sunk way down when you sat on it. Desk staff were very pleasant. I will definitely stay here again when I am in the area.

We had an excellent experience staying with our three young children. Highly recommend due to the staff who go above and beyond. The suite was nothing exceptional and the breakfast buffet was standard but we will definitely stay here again due to the attentiveness of the staff.

We come to this area quite often. As Hyatt loyalty member, I often stay at Hyatt properties. We stayed at the Hyatt Place first time. We selected Hyatt House second time, just for comparison. End up, until today, we stayed at the Hyatt House three more times. I am not saying the Place not good. We just prefer the House.

Front Desk associate Devon was super rude during my stay. She answered the front desk phone rude & also was very rude about me getting a new can opener in my room due to the one in the room being broken. when i went downstairs to the front desk she didn’t come out the back for about 5-6 minutes before assisting me. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

My very first experience staying at a Hyatt House was outstanding. I loved the room and how quiet the facility was. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was very nice as well.

Very gross hotel. Needs a update and deep deep cleaning. Area of the hotel was good. Just overall the hotel felt very dirty. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone until it get a total renovation.

This hotel is very outdated and unfortunately the rooms reek of mold. The condition is poor at best. I will give credit that the staff was friendly and the linens were clean.

Stayed here for a wedding. Was great place for the weekend. Had a 24/7 gym, had a busy pool and great kitchenette. Had hand soap and body wash/shampoo/conditioner but no lotion available so bring your own! Also had a great breakfast included with plenty of options.

This hotel was my go to whenever I would visit my family but the rooms have become rundown and not worth the price, also there were members of the hotel staff with no regard for the guests playing derogatory music on the patio

The bedroom floor looked like blood all under the bed and again in the living space. The tv did not work in one bedroom. The air vent blew on your face all night long!

The rooms are so clean and beds and pillows are comfortable. The breakfast is exceptionally good. Staff is so polite and friendly. It exceeding our expectations!!!

Very spacious, clean rooms - great breakfast with rotating selection of items. Top-notch hotel staff. Comfortable bed and amazing pillows.

Very good BBQ grill and area to enjoy family also big pool great also reception very nice and helpful during my Saturday and breakfast was great as well
