Pet Policy

Bring your four-legged friends along for the ride when you stay at the pet-friendly Hyatt House Chicago/Naperville/Warrenville. We administer a $100 nonrefundable pet fee for guests staying one to six nights, and guests staying from seven to 30 nights need to cover the $100 fee and an additional $100 cleaning fee. These fees will be inclusive of taxes. If you plan to join us for longer than 30 days, we ask you to contact us directly to discuss your options.

You can bring any dog under 50 pounds, and we allow two dogs per room as long as they remain under a combined 75 pounds. The pet fee encompasses this, and any pets exceeding this weight stay at the hotel’s discretion. All pets must be housebroken.

Minimum Age Policy

The minimum age to reserve a guestroom is 21 years old. A person of the minimum age requirement must be present at check-in and accompany and all “minors” during length of reservation as a registered guest.

Credit Card Policy

A valid credit card must be presented at the time of check-in. The card will be authorized for room, tax and an additional $50 authorization deposit for any possible incidentals.

Debit card users: There is a $50 authorization placed on your card at check-in to the account for any possible incidental charges you may incur including but not limited to food & beverage charges etc. Funds will be held as a “pending charge” and will be unavailable to you. Any unused authorization is released at time of checkout by the hotel and may take up to 7–10 business days after checkout, depending on your banking institution, to release these funds back to your account.

Smoking Policy

Hyatt Place is committed to providing a smoke-free environment. For the comfort of our guests, the use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes and all other smoking devices is prohibited within the hotel. There is no smoking allowed in the public areas of the hotel or guestrooms. The hotel will apply a $250 + tax cleaning fee to any guestroom that violates this nonsmoking policy. Please use the designated outdoor smoking areas which has been predetermined by the hotel. For further information please contact the hotel.
