I booked the hotel at a certain price WITH breakfast. When I checked-in they mentioned Breakfast is not included. I thought that might have missed it and asked them to add it. They mentioned that it will at discounted rate but when they charged me it was way higher. When I raised the concern, they said they have added tax and breakfast was also at the original price + Tax. This is my second experience like they in Hyatt Pune. I have been to Ritz many times, they are much more professional and don't do this kind of cheating.

Recommend Hyatt Pune whenever

Enjoyed my stay at Hyatt Pune. The location is very convenient, especially for airport access and business travel.

What stood out was the staff — polite, attentive, and always willing to help. The room was clean and comfortable, and housekeeping was prompt.

Breakfast was enjoyable with a good spread, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxed and pleasant.

While the rooms could use a bit of modernization, the service and experience more than make up for it. A dependable and comfortable stay.

Comfortable stay with good service and location

Stayed for a night with family, good way to break up a layover journey. Close from lohegaon airport, friendly staff, clean pleasant rooms, food choices are excellent. Reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

The hospitality is commendable. Loved the food options and services. we all enjoyed the pool and gym facility provided by the hotel.

Comfortable stay

Excellent stay, overall. The hotel was fully occupied for some corporate event/ conference was also going on. But not once did I feel it  was crowded. Be it the gym, spa, swimming pool, restaurant. Good service at every place. The stay was worth it.

Weekend stay at Hyatt Pune

Visited with family for a short vacation and experience was very good. courteous staff, great food, good condition room and prompt service.

Great Stay

The location is near to Airport. We booked garden suite, which was spacious, clean with garden fairly maintained. Swimming pool and Gym services are good. The extra bed mattress had poor comfort (probably 3-4 includes poor quality one). 

The services were sluggish, and it was very difficult to reach guest services from room. Even when we were more than an hour late from checkin time,  we had to wait for the room to get ready.  We cherished the buffet dinner with very low occupancy however breakfast was a chaos revealing the poor state of service. The buffet dinner had good dessert options for vegetarian however breakfast had none. The breakfast was a mess and the services were poor - given the feedback to hotel directly. At the same time, we spent New Year night with Radisson in Mumbai and the experience at breakfast was amazing and well managed. Anyways, i always find Radisson better than Hyatt in terms of services.
