Hyatt Pune has Excellent facilities and amazing & very warm staff. They really are client needs centric and very responsive on the asks.
The cuisine is delicious. The level of staff services exceeds expectations. In terms of amenities, lighting, and temperature control, the rooms were ideal.

Staff is clueless. On duty manager, Nancy, is utterly useless and complete clueless. I was asked to vacate the room after one night of a two-night stay. The manage was clueless that the staff had forced me to vacate the room. Didn't bother looking into it. Didn't bother reaching out with an apology. Just didn't care.

My experience with World of Hyatt at Hyatt Pune has been consistently excellent. Akshita – Reception: Her professionalism, attentive service, and welcoming approach make the arrival and overall stay experience smooth and pleasant. Chef Vikas – Breakfast: His attention to guests and commitment to creating a wonderful breakfast experience truly stands out. He consistently goes the extra mile to make guests feel welcomed and valued. These experiences are a big part of why Hyatt Pune continues to be my preferred choice.

Fantastic , especially the staff at the restaurants is great. The breakfast couldn't get any better. The buffet at dinner was exceptional.

Nice Experience, Good Breakfast Options, Nice & Neat Rooms, Swimming pool with good natural view, Check In and Check Out experience is also smooth, they also help us with early check In which is great.

People are nice in most hotels, but I have genuinely never experienced this kind of warmth from an entire team before. Here, I feel that everyone is approachable, humble, respectful, and genuinely caring. It doesn’t feel like they are simply doing their jobs; it feels like they actually care about making their guests comfortable. Overall, my stay in Pune has been wonderful because of the people at Hyatt Pune. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile have made this hotel feel like a second home to me. As we are from a private charter aviation company and our cabin crew and captains regularly stay in Pune for extended periods, I will definitely recommend Hyatt Pune to my company for our future crew stays. Since we have crew members staying in Pune every month, I would be very happy to recommend this hotel for our team. I am also genuinely looking forward to staying here again in the future. More than anything, the people here have made Hyatt Pune feel like a home away from home for me. My stay here is honestly difficult to put into words. I feel genuinely overwhelmed—in the best possible way—by how warm, humble, decent, and down to earth everyone has been.
