Destination Fees
A daily destination fee of $30 (subject to change) is applied to every room of your stay in order to provide the following services and amenities that enhance the guest experience:
- Premium internet access
- Welcome glass of prosecco, 3–11 p.m.
- $10 food and beverage credit toward restaurant outlets; one credit per check. Maximum $10 per day. No cash value. Unused credits not transferrable.
- Daily newspapers available in the Lobby and in-room on request
- Daily coffee station served in the Lobby, 7–11 a.m.
- Daily bicycle rental (subject to availability)
- Discounts on select Broadway shows. Please see Front Desk for full list of plays and access.
- 10% discount and preferred entry to Museum of Ice Cream
- 10% discount on treatments and services at Haven Spa NYC
Reservations
- The minimum age to reserve a room at Hyatt is 18 years old.
- A person of the minimum age requirement must be present at check-in and become a registered guest in the room.
Pet-friendly Policy
- Guest must agree to nonrefundable $150 pet fee per stay and agree to pay any additional charges should any damages occur.
- A guest pet amenity will be delivered to the room on request.
- Housekeeping will inspect room on guest departure to ensure room will not need to incur additional fees for pet damage.
- Guest is responsible for cleaning up after pet while on property.
- Pets are not allowed in food and beverage outlets unless it’s a service animal.
- Guest is responsible for placing “Pet in Room” door tag on outside doorknob to alert hotel staff when pet is in room.
- Guest must be present in the room and pet must be caged, leashed or restrained when staff need to access room, including Housekeeping service, engineering requests and in-room dining orders.
- Guest is responsible for any noise disruptions pet may cause during stay.
- Pet must be up to date with all vaccinations.
- Guest is responsible for any liability by staff or invitee of the hotel as a result of pet.
