Destination Fee

A daily destination fee of $39.99 (subject to change) is applied to each room of your stay in order to provide the following services and amenities that enhance the guest experience.

Pet Policy

Hyatt Grand Central New York is a pet-friendly hotel and welcomes your furry companions, allowing up to two dogs per room for strolls around the neighborhood and visits to nearby dog-friendly spots. Please note: Pets should not be left unattended in guest rooms, public areas or during housekeeping service.

A nonrefundable fee of $75 per night, per pet applies for stays up to five nights. For stays of 6–30 nights, an additional $150 deep-cleaning fee will be charged. Pets must weigh no more than 75 pounds.

Guests with disabilities traveling with service animals are always welcome. Service animals are not considered pets and are exempt from this policy. For details, please contact the hotel.

Package Handling Policy

Hyatt Grand Central New York accepts deliveries from all major couriers and will deliver to guests upon arrival. The handling fees are charged by weight and per package. Charges can be posted to the room or paid by credit card in the mailroom on the conference level. If a package is not picked up after 30 days, it may be discarded.

Guests may also ship items from the mailroom. Please note: FedEx requires an account number. Contact the mailroom for more information and pricing.

Minimum Age Policy

The minimum age to reserve a room is 18 years old. A person of the minimum age requirement must be present at check-in and become a registered guest in the room.

Credit Card Policy

A valid credit card must be presented at time of check-in. It will be authorized for $145 per night for incidentals and the destination fee.

Cash may be used to cover these expenses upon check-in.

Rollaway Beds Policy

If you request a rollaway bed, a fee of $45 per night, plus tax, per bed will be applied.
