Hotel Policies
Hotel Standard Policies
The hotel check-in time is 2 p.m. and checkout time is noon, unless otherwise noted in your reservation confirmation.
Family Plan Policy
Children 12 and under stay free using existing room bedding. Rollaway beds are available for an additional charge.
ID Requirement
For security purposes, a valid Indian government-approved photo identification with address is required at check-in for all guests occupying the room. Acceptable forms include a driver’s license, passport, Aadhar card and/or a voter ID. A copy will be made of the document at check-in for our records. Foreign nationals must provide a valid visa upon arrival.
Late Checkout Policy
Late checkouts from 12–6 p.m. will incur a fee of 50% of one night’s room rate. After 6 p.m., one full night room rate applies.
Parking Policy
Complimentary daily valet parking is available for all overnight and visiting guests. Parking is at the owners’ risk. Overnight parking is available only for in-house guests after stipulated security checks. The hotel is not liable in the case of theft or damage to any parked vehicle(s).
Babysitting/Child Care Policy
Babysitting services can be arranged with 24-hour advance notice. Charges apply at INR 500 per hour with a two-hour minimum.
Early Arrival Policy
Early arrivals before 9 a.m. incur one night’s room rate. Arrivals from 9 a.m.–2 p.m. are charged 50% of the room rate.
Facility Use Policy
Use of recreational facilities, such as the pool, gym and spa, is governed by minimum age requirements. As a general guideline, these services can only be used or requested by guests 16 years of age and older. Guests 15 years of age and under must be accompanied by an adult guardian. The hotel is not liable to provide safety and security of any individual and it is considered that user is medically/physically fit and is trained before utilising any hotel facility. Security Policy
For security reasons, all rooms will be checked once every 24 hours for occupation and usage. Duplicate keys to the guest room will not be issued without the presence of the registered guest(s), and only after presenting valid photo identification.
The hotel employs CCTV camera monitoring. Guests are prohibited from viewing CCTV for any reason.
Hyatt Hyderabad Gachibowli, its servants or agents, accept no responsibility for loss or damage of any nature, including as a result of negligent act or omission, to property belonging to guests, whether placed in the guest room safe or not or from any physical injuries suffered by the guest. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Guest rooms and floors are accessible to registered guest only; visitors should be met in hotel public area.
Smoking Policy
All public areas within the hotel are nonsmoking. Smoking is permitted only in smoking rooms located on designated floors or in designated outdoor smoking areas. Sale of tobacco and tobacco products to minors under the age of 18 is not permitted. Smoking in a nonsmoking room is not permitted.
As per the notification dated May 30, 2008, issued by Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, smoking in public places including hotels, restaurants, refreshments, banquet halls etc., is an offence and prohibited with effect from Oct. 2, 2008, by law.
Smoking in nonsmoking area or in nonsmoking room will attract a penalty of 20,000 INR per occurrence, per person.
Interconnecting Room
Hotel does not have interconnecting rooms; adjacent rooms are subject to availability and request should be placed at the time of reservation. Allocation of rooms adjacent to each other is subject to availability on the day of arrival.
Cancelation/Deposit Policy
All reservations are to be guaranteed with credit card or advance payment or through company deposit, the hotel is authorised to charge no show retentions or charges per reservation in case of non-arrival of guest. In order to confirm your reservation, the hotel may pre-authorise an amount equivalent to 1-night room rate and applicable taxes within 48 hours of scheduled arrival. The hotel is authorised to release a booking if the pre-authorisation is declined for any reason.
Reservation can be cancelled without any charge 48 hours in advance of check-in date unless specified differently in standard reservation confirmation voucher issued by the hotel. Certain reservations are nonrefundable and non-cancelable, in all such case credit card is charged at the time of booking/reservation. Entire stay amount including taxes will be charged in case of late cancellation or no show.
Payment Policy
At the time of check-in, the hotel will collect the room rate and taxes with approved credit card provided at check-in or alternative mode of payment provided for the entire stay reserved. In addition to stay charges, the hotel will take certain value of incidental charges to avoid any disruption or inconvenience during your stay.
Credit Card Policy
Physical presence of the credit card holder is mandatory to utilise the credit card at any point of sale at the hotel. The hotel does not accept cheque payments. By providing the credit card details at the time of reservation, you authorise the hotel to charge the card in case of no show or late cancellation.
Pet Policy
We are happy to welcome your traveling pet companions.
Please inform the hotel at the time of your reservation if any pet is travelling/staying with you.
Room and rate rules are as follows: Pets are allowed as per the pet policy of the hotel. Pets are allowed to stay with pet owners only in Hyatt Deluxe Balcony room and suite. An extra charge of INR 2500 plus 18% tax will be applicable at the check-in per night for sanitization. Please seek pet policy from hotel at the time of making the reservation.
Extra Bed/Extra Person Policy
One older child or adult is charged INR 1500 plus taxes per person, per night in an extra bed. The maximum number of extra beds/children’s cribs permitted in a room is one. Extra person does not include any supplement/inclusions of the rate to the third person.
Outside Food and Beverage Policy
The hotel does not allow outside food and beverages to be brought in the hotel, unless approved separately through written permission. Outside food and beverage, consumption by resident guests is considered at their risk and hotel will not be liable for any damage/inconvenience.
Guests are advised to take a personal driver or request for a cab/taxi and are strictly prohibited to drink and drive, as per Indian law. Guests failing to abide or not announce at the time of drinks service will be held individually responsible for failing to cooperate and mislead the hotel.
Child Food & Beverage Policy
Please find below child food and beverage policy applicable at our venues:
5 years old or below: Children enjoy complimentary buffet at all Hyatt food and beverage outlest. Each paying adult can bring up to one child free of charge. For example, a maximum of three children can dine on a complimentary basis if accompanied by three paying adults. A 50% off the buffet price applies when the number of children free of charge exceed the above limit.
- 6–12 years old: Children pay only 50% off the buffet price
- 13 and older: Children pay the full buffet price
- A-la-carte restaurant offer a kids’ menu
In-House Children Breakfast Policy
For all bookings of breakfast inclusive rate plans, such as Bed and Breakfast rate, Member Bed and Breakfast Rates, corporate rates or any promotional offer which are inclusive of breakfast per registered guests, all registered in-house children aged 12 years old or under will get complimentary breakfast.
Visitor Policy
The hotel does not allow outside visitors who are not registered with the hotel as occupants inside the guest room corridor or guest rooms. Guest meetings and entertainments are permitted in public areas or restaurants only. Photo ID proof and extra occupancy charges are mandatory for registering additional guests.
Natural Landscaping Disclaimer
The hotel is located in dense green landscaped land amidst the corporate financial district. The hotel has vast open area. Due to its natural landscape the hotel residents, guests and employees may face concerns with flora and fauna from time to time. Guests are asked to be aware of such aspects and take necessary precautions. In case of emergency, please contact hotel staff immediately.
Guest Room Usage
Storing of articles of combustible or hazardous in nature in the guest room is strictly prohibited. Usage of banned products or consumptions narcotic products/drugs is strictly prohibited. It is understood that guest room usage by guest is not for any activity not permitted under Indian laws.
We do not allow poker chips/cards (gambling), Bluetooth or wired speakers, hookahs, firearms/weapons, and flammable items inside the hotel.
The client/guest agrees that he/she shall not engage neither willfully nor negligently allow any illegal activities, such as but not limited to, unlawful activities under the Telangana Gaming Act, The Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, The Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, and any other and all applicable penal statutes in force.
Usage of Photography & Videography Equipment
The hotel does not allow professional cameras/drone(s) camera usage. Photography is prohibited unless written permission is granted. Photography, Commercial usage of photographs/videography within the hotel clicked at hotel is prohibited and is subject to written copyright approvals by the authorised representative of the hotel.
Guest Conduct
Hyatt Hyderabad Gachibowli reserves the right of admission and entry of persons entering the hotels facilities. In the unfortunate event that the client’s guests or their guest’s behavior become unacceptable and causes embarrassment or discomfort to others (guests or hotel staff) management of the hotel reserves the right to have the individual or individuals removed from the hotel's premises.
Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
If any dispute or differences of opinion arise between the client and guests in relation to or in connection with Hyatt Hyderabad Gachibowli, they will undertake negotiation in good faith with a view to resolving the matter. The parties here too shall endeavor to settle all disputes and differences relating to and/or arising amicably.
In the event that the parties failing to resolve any dispute amicably, the same shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the arbitration and re-conciliation act 1996 with all modification and re-enactment thereto as is prevalent in India. Each party shall be entitled to nominate an arbitrator and two arbitrators, so nominated shall jointly nominate the third presiding arbitrator. The arbitrators shall give a reasoned award. The proper law for the purpose of arbitration shall be Indian laws. Based out of Hyderabad.
If any dispute or difference shall at any time arise between the client/guests relating to or arising out in relation to services and facilities offered by the hotel (whether during the stay/usage or upon or after its usage), and no amicable resolution or settlement is reached within a period of thirty (30) days, such disputes and/or differences shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad only. Subject to and governed by the laws of India.
